Our place is ideally located to explore Sequoia & King's Canyon National Park. 1.5 acers of land has plenty of privacy.Hilside setting offers stunning views of High Sierra Mountains. In walk-in distance from popular trails of Salt Creek BLM & Skyline Loop.Only few miles from Lake Kaweah recreational area. Outdoor swimming pool & pool deck is a big plus! Close to stores, bars s & restaurants. If you’re looking to get out of the city or need a place to relax, here, you'll find everything you need.

Fully equipped kitchen, plus barbecue place. Coffe maker, french press, toaster oven, waffle maker, dishwasher and microwave are provided. There will be coffee, tea and basic amenities. Mid Century Modern Danish furniture, custom flooring, leather couch, granite counter tops, custom built finishings from old growth redwood Sequoia and claw-foot tub/shower. Large outside deck is accsesible directly from the living room space.
Fresh linen, blankets, soap, toilette paper, shampoo and conditioner.
Free Wifi with Streaming TV (Amazon Prime, Nick Jr, ESPN).

Modern outdoor pool and large outdoor deck are available all year long.

Level 2 - 50 amp Electric vehicle EV Outlet located near parking area (Nema 14-50).

Extra office space 300 sq ft is available upon request. Request must be send at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.

Very neat house and just a few minutes outside of the Sequoia National Park. Host was very communicative and accommodating when we needed to reschedule a couple months before our trip. Property has a NEMA 14-50 charger for EVs which was incredibly important for us and it made the trip absolutely perfect. Easy 10/10 and would not hesitate to book again.

Our stay was lovely, the place was very comfortable for 4 of us. Location was good. My husband enjoyed grilling outside at night. The pool was a plus for hot Fresno August weather.Loved the european style decoration, made it very cozy. Thank you

We loved our stay. The house is super cute and was well stocked. We appreciated the cooler and Tupperware to pack lunches and snacks for long days exploring the parks. Also really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a hot day of hiking. One comment for future guests is the bedroom gets warm and it takes some time to cool off so just give yourself a little extra time before bed if you’re a hot sleeper like me. Great stay would definitely book again if we are out that way.

Clean updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Just a few miles from National Park entrance. House had everything we needed - far better stocked than most. One thing to note is there is no EV charger - just the outlet.

Three rivers

Great place to stay. Open spaces in the house providing plenty of room for families. Nice pool area. Nice view of the mountains. House was clean and well maintained.

Close to sequoia

The property had everything you could need including stools for the kids, games and clean. Was really impressed with the spices and olive oils etc for easy cooking. We enjoyed the stay and was super close to the park entrance.

Perfect

Beautiful, clean, close to Sequoia NP. Everything was top notch. Comfortable beds, quiet location surrounded by nature. Incredible star gazing. 10 minutes to the park. Very highly recommended.

Great Option For Visiting Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon

We stayed for 3 nights to visit Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon. Home is conveniently located less than 10 minutes to Sequoia National Park entrance and numerous dining options. Beautiful and clean home with plenty of space for family of four.

Perfect for EV's!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. It was around 10 min from the park entrance and food shops in town. The home was very clean and spacious with a stocked kitchen. Alena was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. A huge plus for us was the 14-50 plug for EV charging. If you are driving an EV, this is a great place to book since EV charging is slim in Three Rivers and there are none inside the park. We brought our home charging cord and were able to fully charge overnight for our trip up the mountain each day we were there and for our trip back home. Considering the price of gas, this saved us a lot. All in all, a great place to stay and will definitely stay here again for our next Sequoia trip!

Great stay

This property was amazing. Everything my small family could need. Clean property. Spacious, and filled with amenities. Host is very kind and had great communication. Very accommodating as well. We will be returning for a future stay.

Perfect location

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and is as seen in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and we really enjoyed having breakfast on the deck and watching the deer and wild turkeys in addition to all the other birds. It’s a short drive to the National Park and the town has a few dining options all of which are near by.

Perfect verblijf dichtbij Seqoia

Prachtig huis in de natuur met (bijna) private pool en dichtbij Seqoia. Complete inrichting (incl BBQ) en hele grote slaapkamer met groot bed en extra 2-persoons bed. Heel fijn verblijf!

We are not an investment group. We are an international family with deep roots in Three RIvers. We live in Three Rivers, we enjoy traveling and meeting people from around the world. We'd be happy to share our place with you and recommend any good tips for your visit.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Only few minutes from Sequoia National Park entrance. Three Rivers is a quiet mountain town with a few restaurants, coffee shops, and markets, all within a couple miles of the property. The land around the property is home to wild turkey and deer, both of which may be spotted from the patio while you enjoy your morning coffee. Oak trees are dotted across the rolling hillsides among the ancient granite boulders shaped by thousands of years of snow melt. Take a relaxing walk through a quiet La Cienega neighborhood- up the hill on La Cienega Drive you can enjoy stunning views of High Sierra Mountains. Or walk to Main Fork River 0.4 miles and enjoy relaxing walk on Kaweah River Drive. Salt Creek BLM area offers plenty of hiking and mountain bike rides all year long. This is a rural area, there are no street lights. Make sure to download offline map (your directions) in advance. Other than AT&T, cell phone reception is very limited.

REE of Charge is also the Electric Vehicle Charger Plug. It is available solely for your use 24/7. It is not shared with anyone during your stay.
