One of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. So thoughtfully designed and immaculate. Awesome and unique location. So close to the Sequoia entrance and we loved exploring Three Rivers! The river was so fun for the kids to explore.

This vacation home was truly magical! Every detail was so well thought out and perfect ! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. The view was outstanding….right on the Kaweah River ! And a view of the mountains as well! 5 stars is not enough for this place ! Deserves 10 !!! The amenities were wonderful and plentiful ! If you are fortunate enough to stay here, do not forget to sit on the patio and stargaze !!! If you plan on visiting Sequoia National Park, you will be minutes from one of the main entrances ! The host , Srey, was one of THE best we have ever had !

My family and I stayed at Sequioa Hollow for vacation and it was probably the most beautiful vacation home we have experienced. As a LOTR fan, it was incredible - the details of the furniture and decor were incredible. The place was extremely clean, including the laundry room building. The beds were very comfortable too. I was impressed by the landscaping too - they went to every length to make this feel like middle-earth - including Ents scattered throughout the property. The location was great - my kids really loved fishing in the river behind the property. We were able to walk up the street to have dinner as well. It was located close to Sequoia National Park entrance too so it was convenient for us to drive up to the park.Svet made the entire process great and communicated great. Our entire family really enjoyed this home and I highly recommend it.

This house is just as fantastically whimsically decorated as the pictures suggested. My family was delighted by the details - big and small - that made it feel like more than just a rental house. The house was CLEAN, well maintained, and well stocked. The check-in process was easy with clear directions. The host was always very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and again, the decor was on point. I loved the lighting, with modern bright lights when needed, but lower light lamps when we wanted that ambiance. The path down to the river was fun and the sound of the river running by the house was peaceful to enjoy. The AC was life-saving, since it was in the hundreds outside during our stay. The house was comfortable. The towels were washed in a scented detergent, which is probably lovely to most, but FYI if you are sensitive to smells. The EV charger on-site made taking our EV into the park possible, but it's a public charger and rather expensive. Worth it. I would absolutely stay here again, it was a very fun experience.

Charming home - whether you are a Hobbit fan or not! The whimsical touches throughout the house, including a book nook, caught our attention immediately and we knew we’d make great vacation memories here. The house is well equipped for a comfortable stay with a fully stocked kitchen, AC in every room, large tv in family room, and comfy beds. A separate laundry hut and a ping pong were added bonuses.The location is unbeatable, right on the river and less than 1 mile from the Sequoia National Park entrance. Beyond Sequoia, the town of Three Rivers has great dining options, including Tony's Taverna, Sequoia Coffee and Kitchen, Three Rivers Brewing Co. and Pizza Factory. We also rented a pontoon boat on nearby Lake Kaweah.

What an amazing place! Extremely well kept and it couldn’t be more convenient for those going to the NPs. It was perfect for our family and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for taking great care of us and helping our family make great memories together!
