Welcome to the Sunrise House located in the scenic Chapel district of Sedona. Walking distance to the world-famous Lloyd Wright Chapel, this spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. The “Arizona Room” functions as fourth bedroom with it’s own A/C and heat for total comfort. Lovingly furnished this gorgeous house also features an upgraded kitchen with all new appliances and quartz countertops.

House also features a full-sized Washer Dryer as well as a propane BBQ.

Sedona Chapel Dist

Pam & Carlos have a lovely house that provided a comfortable and safe place for our friends get together. We were 5 minutes walk from hiking trails and close to other trails just a short ride away.We were also fairly close to town and the area has many destinations to keep your interest.We highly recommend this rental.And we recommend any of Chef Lisa Dahl's restaurants also.Sedona is a very special place.

The house...perfection!

The detail of perfection is noted throughout the house/property. It is so well appointed. The quality of items from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms was evident. Even the utility and laundry area was so nice and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated how well stocked the house was. We didn't need any staple items from the store during our stay.. Total comfort. Absolutely loved it...you will too.

A Gem in Red Rock Country

The home is a 10!!!! Clean, comfortable and worked incredibly well for our family of 5, My husband and I along with our 3 adult children! Plenty of space. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Sedona! Would love to return. Thanks for sharing your home with us…….

Beautiful

The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and a great size. They were 5 of us staying here and had plenty of space, enough space to eat at the center island, dining table or outside. The beds were very comfortable, the Arizona room was a great place to relax. Would stay here again!!

A home away from home

This house is located in a very scenic neighborhood, close enough to downtown but far away from it. The little things did it for us, from having some coffee available to small little chairs for kids. We stayed in quite a bit because we were extremely comfortable in it.

Beautiful Home

The residence was beautiful. Open living room and kitchen plenty of space bedrooms we spacious as well updated appliances for preparing meals. The neighborhood was nice, beautiful views. Not far from eating establishments or shopping. Property manager is super nice and communicated with us very well.

Excellent stay

We completely enjoyed our stay here! House was very clean and comfortable, though we found that the living room throw pillows were pokey and leaked feathers all over the place. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, location is quiet, scenic, and easy to access all the sights we wanted to visit. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect Stay!

The house was perfect for a family birthday celebration (7 adults and a one year old) to Sedona. Carlos was very attentive to our needs including access to the house a bit early after a long day of travel with a grandchild. The house is in a superb location. We enjoyed several beautiful hikes straight from the front door including one around the Twin Buttes. The hot tub is a nice addition. The restaurant recommendation of The Hudson, just up the road, was spot-on. Overall, a great stay.

This has been one of the best mini vacation!

Straight to the MTB trails

Amazing location, clean and quiet well equipped. That said, common bath had no soap/shampoo etc and the BBQ needs repair, valves would regulate gas flow resulting in loss of prime beef steaks. Tragic outcome.

Wonderful stay at Sunrise House

My family of 5 had a great time at this spotless, comfortable, well-located property. We were able to walk to the chapel and to the trailheads for the Chapel Trail and Mystic Trail. The location, between Oak Creek Village and Sedona, was a perfect jumping off spot for all our adventures. The house is equipped with everything you could need and more. We will definitely return if our travels ever take us to this area again.

Red Rock Retreat

Our experience with this property and owner from start to finish was great. Their communication was good and you could tell they cared about their guests stay. The cleanliness marks are due to an unwashed dish in the sink and a previous guest’s half-eaten frosty in the freezer. Overall, I would recommend this property!
