Welcome to The Otsego Lake Vacation Rental Home. Whether you are into Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter activities our vacation home has you covered. During the Summer enjoy the benefits of fishing, boating, swimming or playing on your private 85' sandy beach. If golf is your thing, there are many top-rated courses within a few miles of your vacation home. If it is winter sports that you enjoy, you are located within minutes of the snowmobile trails and within miles of several ski slopes. Whatever the season, you will enjoy yourself in Northern Michigan!

THE PROPERTY
This cozy house, located in the snow belt and a local golf mecca, is the ideal size for families, friends, or couples traveling together. With brand new mattresses in all 3 bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms, the property offers an array of sleeping arrangements that can accommodate any group of 12 or fewer.

3 Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: New Full / Full Bunk Bed with Twin Trundle | Bedroom 3: New Full / Full Bunk Bed with Twin Trundle - All sheets and blankets are provided.

2 Full Bathrooms: Both Bathrooms have shower/tubs - Wash Clothes / Towels are provided.

Kitchen: Large fully equipped kitchen including Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Coffee Pot / Keurig, Pots, Dishes, Utensils. Everything that you need to prepare a home cooked meal.

Dinning Room: Large Kitchen table with breakfast bar off the kitchen island

Living Room: Large living room with couch and 3 reclining chairs. Flat screen TV with Cable.

Garage / Second Property: 2 car garage available for storing your personal equipment. Or plenty of parking for boat / snowmobile trailers.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathtubs / showers, 2 HDTVs, Cable TV, High Speed Wifi-Internet, DVD Player, Roku (To view your Netflix accounts), fire pit on the beach, grill on the deck, fishing poles, board games, in-unit laundry machine, Key-less Entry on all doors.

- 3 Adult Kayaks and 4 Kid Kayaks are included for your enjoyment. Life jackets are provided and are required when using kayaks.

- Fantastic Gaylord location surrounded by natural beauty! Easy access to hiking, fishing, kayaking, golfing, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, ice skating, and more!

- Air conditioners, stay cool!

An absolutely incredible location for a family get away. Great private lake frontage the beach makes for some unforgettable sunsets. We’ve enjoyed this location and look forward to it every year!

Great place to stay winter and summer. We have stayed several times for snowmobiling and now for a week in the summer. Everything you could possibly need for family fun!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock all day. Location was great. It was also a good set up for my elderly father to get around (very few steps/tripping hazards). Would definitely stay here again!

Great little vrbo on the beach! We throughly enjoyed the kayaks, beaches, and fire pit with the kids and extended family members. Kitchen had everything we needed and many "extra" items like marshmallow holders. Beds were comfortable and we had adequate towels and supplies. We loved it. An added bonus was the very easy check out requirements. Thank you!

This place never disappoints. This is our third time staying here and it’s a great location. The house was clean, well stocked and close to all the places we like to go. Steve the host is very helpful and easy to reach if you need anything. The lake is beautiful

Lots of fun on the Lakeshore

Our stay at otsego Lake was great. The accommodations were very nice and the location was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this Cottage for a family vacation.

This was our second year staying at this location and it’s such a great place to stay at! The beach they maintain here is nice and clean, kayaks and paddle boats to go out on the lake with, and the house is clean and comfortable. We look forward to our stay up here again next year!

Quiet, clean, relaxing! All we needed!

Our stay here was fantastic! The house was easy to get to and is close by to lots of places to visit and eat! Our stay was very quiet and relaxing with a fantastically maintained beach front. We will be booking again next year as it was a great time here!

Winter weekend getaway..

This home is a very nice waterfront property, very clean, nicely furnished, and close to the city of Gaylord. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property, great experience

The property was beautiful and as advertised. We had a family of 10 and the hoise has a great beach and all of the toys to keep everyone happy!

This was a great place to have a reunion with siblings and family. Local family visited for meals and lakeside bonfires. There is a lot of great outdoor space and seating to view fall colors around the lake, have conversations, play cards into the evening. On the rainy day, it was comfortable to stay inside and play games.

Wonderful time

We enjoyed our stay. Owner is wonderful. Cabin is very neat and clean and is close to everything, short drive to Mackinaw. Lake and views are great

Yearly Family Camp

Very clean and comfortable! Kids enjoyed the water and all the beach toys and kayaks. Had our family over for a cook out on the deck overlooking the lake-was a great time, would definitely stay there again!
