A big family cottage, over 2,500 of living space. Never been rented to until recently. Great for two families. Located on north end of Otsego Lake-best view of the entire lake. Private setting with state land marsh across the street. 100 feet of lake frontage. Open living room, dining room and kitchen. Plus four bedrooms and one bath in main part of cottage. Then off the kitchenk and a long hallway is a bunk room with a L-shaped coach and two bunk beds and another bathroom. Then off that part of the cottage is a 2 1/2 car garage to store snow mobiles or put sports equipment. Includes-linens, flatware, a charcoal grill, six kayaks and life vests, and two canoes A private dock for fishing. Place to put in kayaks and canoes. Unable to swim in front of cottage. Renters normally go to State Park to swim. Washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Two flat screen TVs and cable. No pets allowed

Clean rooms with plenty of space for our group. Property right on the lake. Lake view visible from the living room window of property. Good central location for golf and Alpenfest. Communication with host was good. Overall a good experience for our family.

It has a wonderful lake view. Fishing off the dock was fun for the kids and it was nice having kayaks.House is pretty hot without air conditioning. Windows and screens are on rough shape.Nice firepit.

This cottage was perfect for our stay for 10 people… 2 families of 5. Kayaks were a plus and the kids really enjoyed them. The view and outside area was just beautiful and the fire pit was nice size. Bob was a fantastic host and even informed us of upcoming events as we stayed over the 4th of July. It ended up being hotter than normal and the cottage doesn’t have AC. But northern Michigan is not typically that hot. Bob bought some extra fans to help with air circulation and a humidifier. He was a wonderful host. The kitchen is stocked well with all needed pots and pans . The house is quaint and is in a nice area very close to Walmart. The neighborhood is small and very quiet.we traveled to numerous other locations and this was a great home base. We would love to come back .

Great little place for a getaway. Quiet and beautiful views right on the lake. The owner was very nice and responsive. I would recommend to anyone.

Great location for a snowmobile weekend

House is close to gas, parts, food, etc., and the trail head is only a few hundred feet away. Plenty of room for people and sleds.

We’ve been coming here at least 5 years. It’s been very good for our needs and budget. If you’re looking for plush this may not be your style but it you need lots of room on the lake with a dock and close to shopping and town, this may be your place. The owner is very accessible and accommodating to our needs.
