A big family cottage, over 2,500 of living space. Never been rented to until recently. Great for two families. Located on north end of Otsego Lake-best view of the entire lake. Private setting with state land marsh across the street. 100 feet of lake frontage. Open living room, dining room and kitchen. Plus four bedrooms and one bath in main part of cottage. Then off the kitchenk and a long hallway is a bunk room with a L-shaped coach and two bunk beds and another bathroom. Then off that part of the cottage is a 2 1/2 car garage to store snow mobiles or put sports equipment. Includes-linens, flatware, a charcoal grill, six kayaks and life vests, and two canoes A private dock for fishing. Place to put in kayaks and canoes. Unable to swim in front of cottage. Renters normally go to State Park to swim. Washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Two flat screen TVs and cable. No pets allowed

Our fifth stay at Bob’s property and it was another great success. The accommodations were more than enough for 6 of us on our 49th annual golf outing. Bob was quick to respond regarding some minor needs and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend his cottage on the lake and look forward to many more visits!

Bob is a great host! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy.The property is definitely older, but the amazing lake view more than made up for it. There was plenty of space and enough beds for everyone, which made it perfect for our group.We made so many wonderful family memories here, and that’s what we’ll remember most!

One of the cleanest properties we’ve stated at. Beautiful view of otsego lake and decent fishing right off the dock. Bob was a very good host and communicated with us before during and after our stay. We were also very impressed with all the little things stocked that we didnt think about bringing but saved us trips to the store. Our family can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Clean rooms with plenty of space for our group. Property right on the lake. Lake view visible from the living room window of property. Good central location for golf and Alpenfest. Communication with host was good. Overall a good experience for our family.

Second time here, Bob was great. Great location close to everything, weather you need a quick trip to Walmart, or a day trip to Mackinaw. As described you probably will not want to swim here but the beach is super close. Best part for our large group the extra large garage, we used for our play area on rainy days even had a dance party with my 7 grand kids. Watching everything from birds to lightning dancing around the lake. Nice firepit, enough Kayaks and life jackets for everyone to have fun. If you want fancy might not be for you but if you need the room for big family fun book now.

It has a wonderful lake view. Fishing off the dock was fun for the kids and it was nice having kayaks.House is pretty hot without air conditioning. Windows and screens are on rough shape.Nice firepit.

Very nice place to stay

Great little place for a getaway. Quiet and beautiful views right on the lake. The owner was very nice and responsive. I would recommend to anyone.

Great location for a snowmobile weekend

House is close to gas, parts, food, etc., and the trail head is only a few hundred feet away. Plenty of room for people and sleds.

Great Host!

Bob was a great host and very accommodating to our needs. The cottage has a really nice location on the lake and great fishing right off the dock!

Enjoyed our stay. Only draw back was there was no soap in the shower and not enough towels. But overall, very good.
