Lands End 1617 is one of the few 2 bedroom luxury villas located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort available as an outside vacation rental, the Lands End Villas are a separate association within the resort. That means you won't have to pay a resort fee! You will have access to our Lands End association amenities including the shared heated pool, tennis courts, propane BBQ grills, marina access (with additional fee), and 2.5 miles of award-winning Captiva Island beaches!  Lands End Village located at the Northern tip of Captiva Island offers the most spectacular views on the island! Bicycle and golf cart rentals are available nearby to explore your island adventure.



Please Note: Captiva Island is scheduled to undergo a beach renourishment project which may begin 9/1 at Blind Pass and move north through 10/31 that may result in temporary beach access limitations, construction activity, or noise near your property. This luxury two-bedroom/two-bathroom villa is truly one of the most sought-after locations within Lands End and is perfect for a family or group of four. The main level features an expansive great room with an open kitchen, living area and dining area and laundry room with hall bath and both bedrooms. The outdoor veranda and open-air sun deck provide additional living which provides the perfect atmosphere for casual and relaxed waterfront entertaining. Not all Lands End units enjoy these spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Pine Island Sound! Lands End 1617 features a spacious grand master suite with an en-suite bathroom with open views of the water. The master also provides jetted tub and separate shower with dual sinks. The second bedroom offers a private balcony and two full-size beds for extreme comfort.  The unit provides 3 flat-screen TV's and (multi-line) high-speed WIFI. Visit the many world-renowned island bistros and restaurants just outside the gates including Starbucks, The Bubble Room or The Mucky Duck, Keylime Bistro, and RC Otters.
