The condo is directly facing the Gulf, and while it’s set just behind the dune line for privacy and protection, most guests love the open sightline to the water and palm-lined scenery (as shown in our listing photos). That said, we understand that everyone’s expectations for a “full beachfront” view can vary, and your feedback helps us continue to be as clear as possible. We’d love to host you again in the future!

Host- location- the condo was amazingly decorated and well maintained- the chairs, umbrella and other items made it so easy to head out to the beach!

This was a great location to watch the sunsets from our lanai. The furniture was super comfortable and the condo was sound proof for the most part

Host was very welcoming. The condo was well equipped, nicely decorated and pristine. The bedding was luxurious. Beach towels provided. Just nice touches throughout that made us feel at home. Overall excellent.

The condo is beautiful, clean, brand new everything and so close to th beach and pool. Holly was responsive and so was the management company. We will be back!!

Another amazing stay in your Beach Villa! Love the coastal aesthetic! Beach & Sunsets Views are Legendary! Tommy Bahama beach chairs. Top of the line appliances. We did not want to leave and will be back!

Gorgeous and handy!

What a beautiful sanctuary, close to many restaurants, with a private feel and easy walk to beach! Holly was a wonderful host and made the planning and renting experience a breeze! Will definitely be back!!

Great time on beautiful Captiva Island!

This unit is newly remodeled with high quality and good looking furniture and appliances, and it is clean and in excellent condition. Great views and right by the pool, beach and ocean. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Great spot for fun and relaxing in beautiful Captiva Island!

The property was wonderful and everything that was advertised. Everything was very new and spotless. The location to pool and beach perfect and the agents were attentive to our needs. Will be back !

Our Captiva Home Away From Home

This property was newly renovated and it is lovely. It really felt like our home for the week we were in Captiva. The home is right on the beach and also has a nice pool. There are many great eateries within golf cart driving of the home. We would absolutely recommend this property to others.

Perfect Week

We had the absolute BEST time and enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was as pictured and every bit as cozy and charming. The location was perfect - close to pool and walk way to beach. Holly was wonderful to work with and accessible. Captiva is rebuilding but no construction noise was heard or close by. Can’t wait to go back!

A Little Piece of Paradise

Our stay was simply amazing! The property is outstanding and it has been beautifully updated with everything and more that you would want to make your vacation the best getaway. Paradise found

Beautiful condo steps away from the beach! Unforgettable sunsets every evening and memories made every day! I loved watching the island as it is coming back to life and being part of the nature everywhere. So nice to come “home” each day to a comfortable and inviting place to relax and let go of daily worries! Hoping to return for another visit next year!!

Our dream spot!

We have been vacationing Captiva over 20 yrs South Seas is our favorite. Very peaceful, incredible natural beauty. Even after a hurricane. Ive never had a better host in my life. Holly is great! The vacation house awesome. Modern design and appliances with everything you need… see for yourself.
