Bayfront Community with private beach, boat slip, and pool.

Welcome to Sandy Cove, a private bay front community with boat access, private beach, dock, and pool by the boat marina only 200 yards from your vacation home. Boat slip available for an extra fee. All other amenities included with your stay at no additional charge.

The property is our vacation home and is only available 12 weeks out of the year for guests. Sandy Cove is a quiet community but close to everything.

Where are we? We are 3 miles from Bethany beach. A Grocery store, gas station, liquor store, hardware and bait shop within one mile. Easy drive from VA, MD, DC, PA or NJ. Dewey, Rehoboth, Lewes, & OC only a short drive away.

Our bay home is your home: Plenty of space for families of up to 10 (8 adults max). Relax on our front deck or out on our back deck to watch the sunset. Four TV’s with Amazon Fire Stick with all apps, secure Wi-Fi, & Blu-ray. Make yourself at home.

Our community pool and private beach is available during your stay. Boat slip available for an extra $50 a day. Boat trailers must be stored off site. Please provide boat insurance. Must follow all Community and HOA rules. Violations subject to fine. Feel free to bring your paddle board, kayak and fishing pole.

Note: The garage is not available for storage. Back patio is available to store paddle boards. Covered area in front of garage for bikes.

Owner/Manager access: Call, text or email with any concerns. No smoking please. Bed Linen service is provided with your stay. Please bring your own bath towels. All paper products and cleaning detergents will be provided.

Great week at the beach

My family had a wonderful stay here. The property was clean and exactly how it looks in the pictures. The small development was so lovely with the boats docked and small pier where my daughter caught her first fish! Art was prompt to reply when I had a question and we would definitely stay again next time in Bethany Beach.

Bethany vacation

The place was fine. There were some issues and I will do my best to make sure moving forward to make sure the property has a property manager. We have always booked with Vacasa for our vacations and never had an issue.

Great stay

Fantastic stay, I love that the owner was available throughout my stay. The only thing was the internet quality was not the best. However, everything else was so top notch that I had to give it a 5. The neighbors were also very friendly. I would definitely return.

Home away from home

My family of 5 plus our dog enjoyed the location and homey feel of our home. This was our 2nd summer here in this house and really enjoyed it. Just had 1 issue but reached out to Art and responded very quickly on how to fix it. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

Great vacation spot!

Really enjoyed staying at Art’s place - clean house, had everything we needed, very nice dog friendly community, not far from the beach and a cute private area on the water as well. The photos do not do it justice. We would definitely visit again.

Nice property

This is a lovely property in a quiet area. We were looking for a rental with a pool and that allowed pets; this fit the bill. Close to several DE beaches; we even went to Ocean City, MD. House was very clean, too.

Best vacation ever

If you want a great vacation, go to Sandy Cove. Gorgeous area and everything you would ever want. The townhome we rented was fully equipped. So many things to do in the area yet very quiet. Perfect for big family.

Excellent stay

Me and my kids thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful townhouse and being away from the hubbub of the township. Beach was an easy 10 minute drive. Very good restaurants nearby and a decent grocery store were a plus. We’d book here again.

Excellent Family Vacation

Great location and home very welcoming. Short drive to beaches. Enjoyed being able to walk to the bay to kayak and paddle board and swim in the pool. Kitchen was very well equipped for preparing meals. Greatly appreciated having paper towels, tissues, toilet tissue and hand soap provided. Had a wonderful time making priceless memories with our children and grandchildren! Thank you Art!

Bethany Stay a Hit

Place very comfortably furnished and clean. Kitchen well stocked. Quiet location. There is a very small private beach area & fishing pier (unmarked so ask). Pool a bit small as shown, but kids happy. We had TV joystick issues and a garbage disposal glitch one night, but owner quick to respond to that and questions. I would definitely recommend this location. Check out James Farm Eco Reserve nearby. Great kayaking and relaxing, clean, in crowded beach.

great get away

We enjoyed staying here very much. We loved the dock and the views. The house was spacious enough for everyone in our family. The 2 things that we thought could be improved were: first, we missed having cable, and second, the bed in the upstairs master bedroom was uncomfortable. However, I am going to say again that we enjoyed staying here very much and I would stay here again.

Breathtaking Sunsets

Absolutely Loved staying here! The property is in a great location. Easy to get to so many different beaches, plus loved having access to the bay. We were able to go paddle boarding and bike riding and then jump in the pool. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!

My family has vacationed at the Delaware shore over many generations. I have original photos of my great grandfather on Rehoboth Beach in 1919. We are so happy to share our home with you. I'm retired now and live between my home here and Playa Del Carmen Mexico. I love the beach life. Enjoy your stay.

Sandy Cove makes you feel like you are at the beach because we are right on the bay with 180 degree water views from the community. We enjoy the close knit neighbors, the private beach, dock to fish or catch crabs. Easy access to our boat slip and to the pool with a wonderful view of the bay. All the homes remind me of being in Key West. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do.
