Enjoy tax free shopping at nearby Outlet Shopping Centers. Nice property for our family to stay in and a great spot right off the Coastal Highway. It was a good fit for us and we would stay there again most likely.

This is an amazing beach retreat! It’s close to everything you need and a quick drive to the boardwalk and beach (literally 10 min.) It was super spacious for our family which included a toddler and two dogs. Theres a fun game room, puzzles, and family activities to have fun both at this place or on an outing.The hosts were communicative and had a great response time to help make our stay wonderful. We highly recommend this spacious, cozy, and hospitable spot for your vacation needs!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach house! It was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and conveniently located close to everything.The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our 3-year-old grandson especially loved using the boogie board at the beach. We also enjoyed biking at Cape Henlopen Park and having a barbecue at the house.Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Rehoboth Beach for the 4th of July. The house was clean and conveniently located. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. My children enjoyed the game room. The host was quick to respond to a question I had while there. I would definitely stay again next time I am in Rehoboth Beach.

The kids enjoyed the game room. It was difficult getting to the beach with all of the traffic on route one. Of course, that isn't the fault of the Vrbo. We liked the beach decor in all of the rooms. We tried riding the bus into town, but it wasn't very convenient with small children. Overall, we would give the home an excellent review.

The overall stay was good. We had an issue with an AC the first day and the hosted contacted a company to come check it out. It was pretty good for the most part but wasn't totally cool as we would have liked in the main area.Providing only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for an entire week for six people is not enough. We should not have to buy paper towels and toilet paper.

Great place!

Great place & size for a large family or group of friends. Lots to do in the house & great place to relax anytime. We really enjoy staying here.

Such a great stay, clean, easy, great location. Had everything we needed. The beds were my only complaint but cant get everything perfect I suppose. We had an awesome time at this house! Would stay again for sure.

Great time had by all

Thank you for letting us stay there. We enjoyed the game room. The location was pretty good, very close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely book again!

The place was great, especially for a family like ours with a bunch of kids. The game room was wonderful. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.The only reason why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is the air conditioning. The mini-split in the game room was fine but the system covering the rest of the house wasn't strong enough to keep up. The temperature was in the mid 80s to mid 90s the week we visited. When the temperature was in the mid/high 80s, the system had trouble keeping the house temperature below 77 degrees between about 1-8pm. And when it got in the 90s, the system had trouble keeping the house below 80 degrees in that time range.If upgrading the AC is too costly, a cheaper alternative would be to add a couple of window unit for those really hot weeks. An even cheaper option would be to get some blackout curtains/blinds in the living room and bedroom facing the sun in the afternoon. That would drop the temps a couple of degrees.But again, other than that, the house was great.

Great Option

We really enjoy staying here. It is a great location for when we are there to work & also close enough to downtown. My only complaint is that they need more options for channel selection on the TV.
