Centrally Located East Wenatchee Home

Fantastic location for any getaway!

Located 3 minutes from the country club golf course and less than 20 minutes from 4 others, this is a perfect house for a golf weekend. Lake Chelan and Leavenworth both only 45 Minutes away makes day trips to either of these tourists destinations a breeze.

If all you want is peace and quiet we have that for you too. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. The backyard and patio are very private and make it easy to gather with family and friends or escape for relaxation. For winter guests we encourage you to visit Mission Ridge a skiers and snowboarders haven for beginners and seasoned veterans alike.

After exploring so much that the Wenatchee valley and surrounding areas has to offer, its time to enjoy your home away from home. Inside the home are 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, 5 queens beds make up the sleeping quarters of all of the rooms. In the upstairs you will find the kitchen, dining and one of the two living rooms. The living room has to sectional couches for ample seating and a 55 inch TV equipped with Netflix, HBO Now and Hulu with live TV streaming for your entertainment. The kitchen has more than enough cabinet space and counter space for storage and preparation for a feast. All utensils and dishes are included and an efficient dishwasher to make clean up easy.

Directly out the back door is a gas grill and patio table with seating for 4. On a nice summer day there is enough dining space for 13 guests at the tables.

Downstairs is where one of the four bedrooms, this one with two queen beds, is located. Also downstairs is one bath with stand up shower and a sauna which is available to guests. The living room has seating for a large group and a kid friendly area with board games and books. The 55 inch TV is equipped with the same services as upstairs. All rooms are equipped with alarm clock and bedside table lamp.

There are plenty of towels for even the largest capacity groups and a washer and dryer to accommodate your laundry needs especially on longer stays. The garage door with two remotes makes keeping your car out of the weather and coming and going very convenient.

Bigger than pictures

House is beautiful, bigger than the pictures. Only thing I can gripe about is the garbage disposal, but overall it was a lovely stay. Clean, cozy, and a good location for a family getaway

Wish we could have left

This property was very disappointing. It smelled old and moldy and maybe like it was once smoked in. In the first hour we found 4 big spiders in which case we deemed the downstairs "unlivable". They stated that there was air conditioning, it was not working as it should. The host added a box ac unit in the window but it did not help the temperature of the bedrooms. We would have left but we could not find availability at a nearby hotel. Would not recommend.

Comfortable large place

Comfortable large space with plenty of room to spread out. Roomy kitchen with almost everything you need. Big TVs in both the livingroom on main floor and family room downstairs makes it easy to escape.

Very dingy, outdated, and the bathtub leaked through the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. Ok if you just need a place to sleep, but not clean or maintained well.

Great Group House

We were visiting Wenatchee to play in an adult women's hockey tournament. The house was conveniently located about 12 minutes from Toyota Arena and downtown area. The house was very spacious and had large gathering areas and plenty of sleeping spaces. We absolutely loved the sauna! This place met our needs and we hope to stay here during next year's tournament.

Kramar Family Reunion

The home was comfortable, clean and large enough for our group. We enjoyed the backyard as well and the basketball hoop with the children. Marco was quick to respond to any of our needs.

Nice but Outdated

The house is large, with lots of bed space. Our 12 people had space to stay.. However, it is outdated and used. It feels like a typical 1990's house, not a vacation house. The price and location did work well for us because we just needed a place to sleep.

Couple of things

This is our second year staying here for the Special Olympics and hope to be back next year. I think have a couple more saucepans and a larger skillet might be appropriate for a 4 bedroom house. Also the shower on the first floor appears to be broken at the point it connects to the shower head. It sprayed everywhere. Other than that we had a great stay!

Never staying at a hotel again!

I could not believe what we got for less than the price of a hotel. It would have been almost twice the cost to house our large group in hotel rooms. This house had four comfortable rooms, with comfortable beds, that fit much more than our large party. Two hangout rooms (one for the adults and one for the kids). Many of the essentials were available in the kitchen such as appliances, dishes and utensils, spices and oils, even coffee! It felt so much like a home rather than a rented room! We are booking this place again in the fall, for sure. So much room for activities! We even picked some apricots off the tree in the backyard. I am so glad I found this place!

Wenatchee stay

Perfect location... Spacious kitchen, includes plenty of dishes and cook ware. This property accommodates a large group, giving everyone privacy if needed. Would definitely stay again at this property!!

Home away from home

This was a fabulous house for our friends and family to come relax and have a good time!! Plenty of space for the kids to run around and play tag, hide n seek, basketball and fort making. The downstairs filled with toys and books is a fantastic addition. The beds were very clean and comfortable after a long day in the sun and near by parks. We truly enjoyed being able to BBQ on the deck while enjoying each others company. The kitchen has enough space for us all to gather and have conversations. It was filled with all we needed so we didn't have to spend a lot of time at the store buying kitchen "extras." We couldn't have asked for a better home away, much better than choosing a hotel! Clean, comfortable, entertaining and just what we needed! Thanks so much, Marco! Haylei and friends

A Great Stay

A very enjoyable stay! We were not at the house very often due to meeting schedules but we appreciated a nice comfortable, clean place to come home to after our meetings. The beds were comfortable.. we couldn't figure out how to turn washing machine on but that was the only thing we had a problem with..

Great stay

We were there for the Winter games Olympics and this was a great location. It was clean and presentable. Appliances were a bit dated but worked great. Beds were all comfortable. We will definitely rent this for next years games!

Spacious, clean, great value

Thank you for a fantastic stay. The house was clean and uncluttered, making it perfect for small kids who often want to get into trinkets! The downstairs playroom / second lounge was brilliant for kids to hang out and play, giving adults space and quiet to chat. Lovely spacious kitchen made for social meal prep and plenty of space to dry out wet gear after an awesome day on the slopes! We will definately be back! Thanks again.

Adequate but nothing distinctive...

There are few alternatives in the Wenatchee area. Appears to be a work in progress - and needs additional work to make it shine - Carpets, maintenance items need attention. We are veteran vrbo renters.

Christmas in July!

I rented this house so my family and I could have a Christmas in July. My son who is in the military hasn't spent a Christmas with his family in 17 years his three children (my grand babies) have never had a Christmas with family. When I arrived at the house I was surprised to find a decorated Christmas tree in the living room. Marco and his staff helped to make our Christmas in July really special by a simple jester as a Christmas tree. I cannot express how much this meant to me and my family. The house was very comfortable for our large group, plenty of places to hang out, both inside and out. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need, it's location couldn't be better. There are four tastefully decorated bedrooms with comfortable beds, a sauna which I'm sure will be great this winter, three Well stocked bathrooms, large kitchen with everything you need for a large group, family room stocked with games for all ages. The private fully fenced back yard was perfect for the little ones to play all day, nice back deck with BBQ and seating. This house is close to shopping, water parks, hiking, fishing, boating, jet skiing, golfing, snow skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling and so much more. There is s two car garage plus off-street parking for any toys you might want to bring. I will be renting this house this winter to do some skiing and snow shoeing. Thank you, Marco, for making our stay comfortable and memorable.
