The home features a pool table & bonus room w/ foosball & pop-a-shot. Outside, the sparkling pool & hot tub offer the ideal spots to soak up the sun or relax under the stars, with valley & mountain views.

Apple Valley Lookout boasts four bedrooms with king-sized beds and an additional bedroom with two queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. The primary suite features a jetted tub, providing a private oasis for relaxation. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing guests to unwind with their favorite shows and movies.

The home is designed for fun and leisure, featuring a game room with foosball, pop-a-shot, and a movie-watching area. The formal living room includes a pool table and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for evening gatherings. The outdoor space provides for entertainment, relaxation, comfort and making lasting memories with your family and friends. Splash in the saltwater pool, enjoy a soak in the hot tub, especially after a day of skiing or hiking at Mission Ridge Ski Resort, and enjoy an evening meal dining el fresco surrounded by breathtaking valley, city, and mountain views.

Apple Valley Lookout is conveniently close to everything in East Wenatchee. You're just 10 minutes from Wenatchee and the Wenatchee Boat Launch, making it easy to explore the Columbia River and surrounding areas. Pangborn Memorial Airport is only 15 minutes away, and Mission Ridge Ski Resort is a quick 25-minute drive, offering year-round activities from skiing and snowboarding to hiking and mountain biking. This location also makes it easy for day trips to Leavenworth (30 mins) and Lake Chelan (50 mins).

VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLE VALLEY LOOKOUT:
1. Max Occupancy: 12 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 5 vehicles
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am Sun-Thur and 10pm-8am Fri-Sat
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing onto neighbors' properties

VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF EAST WENATCHEE, COUNTY OF DOUGLAS AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. $250 fine per violation
2. Forfeit of guests’ security deposit hold
3. Immediate eviction


CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, there are three outdoor cameras that overlook the main entrance points to the home, garage, back yard, pool & hot tub. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.


PETS ALLOWED:
This is not a pet friendly home.


PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS:
We can allow for up to five vehicles and one trailer (boat, jet ski, or snowmobile), if there is room. Vehicles cannot be parked on the private lane leading to the home's driveway


HOT TUB & POOL MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub and pool maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Tuesdays & Fridays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Tuesdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.


GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
