This unit is convenient to the beach, and shops. It was very easy to access from the parking lot, on ground level. The Host is helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely book again, next time it will hopefully be for a longer stay. The unit had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, and the refrigerator was clean.

Great locatoin for the event attended. Have stayed at Beachers lodge meny years ago. Upkeep shows well.

We had a great stay at this unit at Beacher's Lodge. Oceanfront property in Crescent Beach. The location was perfect — close enough to St. Augustine downtown area, attractions, and restaurants without being right in the middle of all the traffic and crowds. The beach access, pool and ocean views were a huge plus. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and parking was easy and convenient throughout our stay. The only downside was the shower water pressure was a quite weak. Other than that, everything was excellent and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach

We enjoyed staying there for our 5 days! Host was wonderful and everyone there was so nice! Had great weather! Will come again!

Great vacation

We have stayed at this property 3 different times, this room was the cleanest, bed sleep good. We enjoyed every minute.

Great week

After a bad first day (drapery rod anchors in drywall pulled out, and both cable box and refrigerator not working), Host had people there early the next morning to make things right. After that, we had a great week and enjoyed our condo.

Beacher’s Lodge A

We loved our stay at Beacher’s Lodge! You could tell the owner cared about making the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The unit has been recently renovated and was really nice. It was perfect for our 2 person mini vacay! I had appts at Mayo. It was less than an hour drive there, but allowed for a quiet location away from the busy town of Jacksonville. The unit was very clean and welcoming. There was even a gift basket in the fridge when we arrived! The condo building allows pets, but this unit didn’t. I love my animals, but am not a huge fan of smelling other people’s pets. So I was very glad this unit smelled nice and clean. The owner quickly responded to messages and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The location and beach were great! The pool looked awesome, but we didn’t get a chance to test it out. I wish we could have stayed longer! I will definitely be looking for this rental again when I am back in town, and would highly recommend it to others. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

This is a wonderful location and value for the price - right on the beach! There were three of us (adults) and we split the bdrm w a king bed and the pull out couch in the living room - did not need to pull the bed out as the couch was long enough and comfortable for a 6’0” girl! We did bring our own pillows and comforters. Also, unit is on ground floor, with plenty of parking, which made packing/unpacking a breeze. There is an elevator for other levels which was not clear to me in the description. Everything about it met our needs and the host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The stay was great and the pool is big and never to full the view was not that great but you can still see some water and sun in the morning, overall it is well worth the money
