My husband and I headed out for a much needed break and spent 2 nights at this cozy condo that is situated right on the beach front. The property was very easy to find and access to the condo was effortless. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful stay, this is definitely the place. From the balcony we could hear the ocean, watch sunrise, sunset and even spotted a dolphin or two. There is an elevator in the building which made access to the 4th floor easy. I also loved that we were very close to restaurants, coffee shops (loved the Kookaburra coffee shop), and even a very short drive if you needed to do some shopping. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with. We will definitely visit again!

The condo was perfect for a couple. Room was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The view from the balcony was awesome. The host was personable and very accommodating and responding quickly to any questions we may have had. We will definitely stay here again.

This unit was exceptionally clean and had everything needed for our stay!! The owner was quick to reply when I had a question. I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a getaway!

Such a perfect and peaceful location. We were at the very top floor and for the first few days no neighbors. It was perfect! The only thing I would add is a dishwasher , but I can see where it might not fit. Thank you for all the small details. We enjoyed use of the beach umbrella and the chairs!

It was clean with a fantastic view. The check in and communication was smooth. I’m glad I knew before hand how small it was, or I would have been surprised, but I read in another review. It was fine for two people however.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Everything we needed was there including chairs and an umbrella for the beach!

Great place on the beach. Steps from the beach where we lounged and swam. Great place to ride bikes on the beach. Very convenient to town. Excellent communication and easy check in process.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Condo is right on the beach, 4th floor…magnificent views. It wasn’t crowded. And those who we did run into were friendly. The owners were accommodating with their amenities and communication. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a nice place for a couple. The place is quite small, so anything more than two people would probably feel cramped. It does have a very nice view of the beach. We came over New Year's holiday. Most of the time was a little too cold to sit out on the balcony or beach and really enjoy it. If you're looking for a getaway with a significant other, this is a good place to choose.

Chris was a great host! He responded to my messages efficiently and quickly. The condo was in good condition. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves and seeing dolphins! Perfect size for a couple. Not too many restaurants nearby.

What a wonderful stay we had at this beautiful property! The views were stunning! We loved waking up each day to the sounds of the ocean. It was close to everything—St. Augustine was incredible! We loved everything about our stay!
