We had a great stay. Unit was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The listing was very accurate; Roydell was a great host. We'd definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

This property is a beautiful and very comfortable living space, it is in a great location to all the tour sights and walkable distance to other spots, no need to rent a car, easy access to public transportation because driving in DC is like being on defense at all times, Roydell was a gracious host, I look forward to staying again on my next trip back to DC

There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and the Shaw Metro is five blocks away. Our host lives on site and checked several times to make sure we were comfortable.

Excellent place to stay, and Roydell was really personable and helpful, even offering to loan me an umbrella! The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 people, with all the essentials and little extras like water and snacks. The neighborhood is nice, with many restaurants nearby. I’m looking for opportunities to stay here again as soon as possible. Love this place!

The place was very nice and clean. The host communicates frequently about extra supplies needed or things you may need if the climate changes drastically from one day to the next.

This property was more than I had even expected. The property is so so cute, got to meet the owner who helped with navigating DC and guiding us to the subway which was a way better way to travel to the monuments! Inside was cozy and extremely clean. There is a cute patio out back. There was a keurig for my caffeine addition which was a bonus. If we plan another DC trip, this will 100% be our stay over location.

Room is very clean, cozy, in a quiet neighborhood. Roydell did a fantastic job prepping and maintaining the unit, providing towels, hair dryer, snacks, water, etc. Very much like a nice hotel experience. Communication is quick and smooth. He's a great host!

Room was very clean. Location was great, and had nearby Metro station and bus stops. The host was available if we needed anything during our stay.

This is an excellent place to stay. Close enough to Washington DC without being in the middle. Close to both airports (we flew into one and out of the other). Roydell was friendly, informative and very easy to deal with. The property was immaculate. Lovely comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. The Bathroom was the cleanest I've seen in a Vrbo property. I would definately stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

These comfy chairs swivel and were great for reading, planning the day and watching TV
TV is on a swivel arm so can be watched from the bed or the chairs
Little shelving area with really useful leaflets - we used the map every morning.

Great little place for a short stay!

For never had been to DC before, I have to say we hit the jackpot with this VRBO. Located perfectly out of the way of the hustle of the city but close enough to Uber or rent a car to enjoy what the city has to offer.

rather than staying in a small hotel room this was an amazing stay for two people. within walking distance to so many stores, restaurants and the monuments. it was clean, comfortable and overall and amazing experience.

Great weekend getaway

Clean, spacious apartment within walking distance to restaurants and 20 minutes to all the sites. Owner was fantastic host! Would definitely recommend!
