Nice, clean place, right in the heart of downtown. Pretty bare bones, nothing fancy but perfectly fine for a quick stay. Host was communicative.

Location, location, location! The best thing about this property is the neighborhood. It was safe and very friendly (A lot of dog walkers!) You were a few minutes walk from Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joes, several restaurants, and a Metro station. We were able to grab provisions easily coming home from a day of sight seeing. We stayed over a week, so it was great to use the kitchen, washer & dryer etc.. It was comfortable, clean, and I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy DC.

Owners were very responsive for battery replacements and water. Needing some items for the 5 star experience but we made do. Very close to bus lines for traveling down to the mall. Enjoyed our stay and felt safe in this neighborhood.

Check-in and out was a breeze. Small apartment but worked well for what we needed. Unfortunately, the kitchen floor was dirty, there was a crumpled up sock and water bottle label under one of the beds and the closet in the one bedroom had dirty clothing in it. This may be due to the cleaning service and not the host. The host was wonderful and helpful.

Thank you - we always check after the cleaners and did not notice anything. However, this guest left piles of trash upon check out.

The apartment was great for the price. Centrally located, decently clean (some remnants from previous guests were left over). Linens were all clean- kitchen and bathroom were also clean. We were not givenThe access code ahead of time and had to call the VRBO helpLine as the hostess did not answer text messages, calls, or messages through the VRBO app. Which was disappointing as previous guests had listed communication as great. There were no instructions given for check out either.The neighborhood felt safe and everything is walkable/ public transportation useable.

The access codes were sent to Alexandra on 3 separate occasions, apologies she didn’t see it! Also in our communications we specify that there is nothing needed upon check out.

Great place, beds remarkably comfortable! Quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Heating worked well. Parking easy. Safe and great location!

Communication was easy. Kitchen was stocked with pans, but needed a mixing bowl and measuring cups- we rented so we could cook meals. We were ok with it being an older home, but was not at clean as we expected.

Very accommodating for our trip. Good eating in area, the visit was to see museums and attraction in National Mall. Easy Uber ride to the Mall. Great for a couple or family of 4 that will be out and about in DC. Area was safe. Only recommendation I have is the host to get two visitor parking passes. A second vehicle would need to find parking accommodations. Very nice stay for what we visited DC for. Hostess was very responsive to questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised and gave us a clean and quiet refuge from the busyness of the city. The location was great and it was easy to get to everywhere we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

The overall experience qas good. It was spacious and close to where we needed to go. Some helpful improvements would be directions to use the TV and all wifi information available. There could also be better water pressure in the shower. Other than that it was great! Thank you!!

The apartment was clean and in a quiet neighborhood with free on-street parking. It was about a 15 minute walk to the Metro station we needed for our conference, which was perfect.

Perfect quiet neighborhood

The location was very close to all the historical sites within mostly 5 miles. Very quiet and safe place. I would highly recommend staying here! Very clean!

This was a charming place to stay and extremely comfortable for 3 adults. The parking was sometimes tricky but we always managed to find a spot. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and towels. The dishwasher and washer & dryer were wonderful to have at our disposal. We would not hesitate to stay again. Excellent communication with the hosts.
