Private 3+Acre Compound with 2.5 Homes, Unlike any other!

One booking, two homes, and loft apartment, zero compromises. Our private 3.2-acre compound brings the Roadhouse, the Farmhouse, and the Hideaway bunkhouse together under one reservation — room for up to 20 guests to spread out, gather, and actually enjoy each other.

The Roadhouse offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a loft master with freestanding tub, a screened porch, and an outdoor kitchen. The Farmhouse brings 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a sunroom. The Hideaway, tucked above the detached garage, adds a king bed, a queen bed, a futon, a full bath, and its own kitchen — perfect for teens or couples wanting a little privacy.

Days here are yours to shape: wander the herb and vegetable gardens, pick blackberries in season, challenge the group to horseshoes or badminton, or paddle the cove in our kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards (life jackets included). Evenings gather everyone around the grill and the outdoor spaces — string lights, picnic tables, and room for the whole crew at the table.

A few honest notes: lake levels vary with Texas weather, so we'll give you a straight answer on current water conditions before you arrive. Our fire-pit area is available whenever local burn restrictions allow.

We're minutes from Cedar Creek Lake boat ramps and an easy day trip from Canton First Monday Trade Days. Families, reunions, friend groups, and retreat groups all fit here ...events and large gatherings are welcome with advance discussion.

We had the most amazing time! This home was just amazing and couldn’t have asked for a better place to have my husband’s birthday! The houses were very family friendly and what we needed for our group of adults and young children. Lucinda and her husband Rob were fantastic and very communicative! We will definitely be back!

We had a group of 12 stay on this property this weekend for a 50th birthday gathering. The property was perfect for our group! With 2.5 houses, we had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space, cook with friends, and enjoy the views of the lake. We had rain all weekend, and it was perfect! The Roadhouse became our main location to hang out, cook, eat, watch the cove start to fill with water as it rained all day. All three houses were well stocked with everything we needed and more! The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms were well-stocked as well. Lucinda was a great host and very responsive with any questions we had over the weekend. We will definitely be back as each of our crew asked if we could make this an annual getaway! Thanks Lucinda and team!

Beautiful property and perfect for our large family. The lake was pretty low which was unfortunate but not owners fault. We made it work. Everything was clean and we had a good time.

Great place

We had a family reunion here and it was great place for it. Plenty of indoor, outdoor spaces for our family to gather to eat, play and talk.

You were here just before the blackberries were at their juiciest and right after we added the swim/tanning deck down by the water. Great Retreat Spot

This is a great property for group retreats. The grounds are beautiful and there is plenty of space for folks to roam around.

Great location for family reunion!

All three properties were clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a fun weekend. The swimming cove was perfect for families with young children.

Great family location!

Wonderful property. Lots of games, water games, etc! Had a great time and kids enjoyed playing in the water in the cove. Nice private secure area.

Great for family reunion

This was a perfect location for our small family reunion. Enough space to all be together, but not feel cramped. We really enjoyed the water access right on the property and all the amenities.

What a beautiful property! Our family had a wonderful time and the amenities are fantastic! We had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy a great family vacation on Cedar Creek lake! The Roadhouse, Farmhouse and Hideaway provided cozy environments to relax and sleep soundly. We will definitely return to enjoy more time in this serene and conveniently located property!

Beautiful Property - Great for large group

We held a family reunion here - 14 people. The property is beautiful and the homes are large and well maintained. We are already planning our next trip back.

Fabulous place for a family reunion

The place is amazing! Cove was fantastic for little ones to swim, not too deep and sandy bottom. Perfect for a large gathering/celebration. Houses are all close together and so nicely decorated. Owner was wonderful to work with, gave us great recommendations for so many things, made our reunion a very memorable one!♥️

Friends getaway

Our group had the greatest time here! We loved being on the water, relaxing on the shore, the space to spread out in the houses and the opportunity to get away from it all together. The spaces were clean and so well maintained. We just loved it and highly recommend!

Spacious Property

It’s really a nice place for pandemic getaway. It has plenty of place where you can do all kinds of outdoors group activities. Everything is great!

I cannot say enough positive things about this property and our stay! Lucinda has thought of everything for each home - from extensive spice options, to plenty of blankets, to “to go” containers for leftovers - it was amazing! Very comfortable beds and sofas, many many outdoor seating options, and plenty of kayaks for our large family reunion. LOVED this property! Thank you Lucinda!

Amazing time

The property is amazing. We've stayed at many different VRBOs and they are not always stocked well with basics but this property was stocked with everything you would possibly need. The place is amazing and the whole stay went flawless!!!!

Thanksgiving getaway

What wonderful homes and location! We enjoyed all the special attention to details, from all the kitchen items to the outdoor games and access to kayaks and the hammock was a favorite place for sure! We enjoyed most evenings by a fire making s’mores. Thanks so much for everything; we all loved it

Great place for multiple couples or families

Very nice and clean place to stay. They thought of everything! We had 5 couples and it was perfect. Be very cautious of the roads especially if you are coming at night. Some of the roads are not very good. Other than that it was a perfect place. Would definitely stay again.

The main road to our place is one you want to take slowly in the dark. We do have many motion lights and other lighting around the property to ensure a safe arrival once you’re here. There’s no other spot on the lake quite like this—seriously, it’s the unicorn of lake properties. You’ll have space everywhere: indoors, outdoors, and even in-between. The grounds are like a nature-lover’s dream, complete with a raised bed garden, fruit trees, and blackberry bushes. We have parking for over 10 cars, too.
Want to stargaze, chat, or play games late into the night while someone else is already in bed dreaming of s’mores? No problem. There’s enough space here to spread out, relax, and not whisper like you're in a library. Come stretch out, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the kind of peace where nature puts on a show, and you’ve got front row seats.
