The view and location on top of the hill was the best part of the rental. Bedrooms were great and clean. Hot tub is huge, modern, and clean. The kitchen and dining room table were pluses. The only negative was the main room TV. I've never seen anything like it before. It would freeze up, buffer, and even reboot itself out of nowhere.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and the tv rebooting and buffering was due to the stormy weather effecting the starlink internet service Which is typically very reliable.

The property was perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was well appointed and had all of the pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and silverware we needed. The views of Mt. Sopris and the valley were amazing. Our group loved the peacefulness of the property. The large outdoor table under the pergola was great for an early evening cocktail and appetizer. The hottub at night was perfect for taking in the dark skies, millet way and shooting stars. We really enjoyed our stay and Erich and Lynne were very helpful and communicative prior to and during our stay. Would recommend!

The house and view were amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook. The hosts were very quick to respond and communicate when we had questions or requests!! I highly recommend this property!

This house was amazing. Everything was clean and well stocked from kitchen supplies to the bathroom. The dinning room table is a little tight to fit if you have 14 people, just because one side is pretty close to the window, but it worked out fine for us. The views are amazing. The hosts were very helpful with everything from questions about bookings and what to do in the area. The location id great for many hot springs, hiking, maroon bells, and other day trips. Carbondale has everything you need though if you want to just stay and relax at the house.

This house is awesome! The view is beautiful, the hot tub is HUGE (and it lights up), the kitchen is big enough so everyone can help and not get in others way, close to Hanging Lake and Glenwood Hot Springs, an extra refrigerator, and laundry facilities.The deer come to play every day and we even saw a bear run thru the yard.The hosts are gracious, helpful and respond almost before you contact them. Five star rating all around. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The property was exactly as described. Beautiful view! We had 11 people staying for a big family vacation and there was plenty of room. The outdoor area was a great for outdoor games etc. We were able to see deer grazing on the property every morning. There property felt like we were in a remote mountain location, but was still close enough for grocery shopping etc. Would definitely recommend.

Air conditioning didn’t work until the last day of our stay, but hosts were awesome to send someone out and follow up with us. We were there during days where the temps were 90’s and the air conditioning was only in the main room. This may be very standard in Colorado but just sending info to someone it may matter to. At night we opened windows and the temps were in the 60s.

The home was 94 degrees on our arrival. There is NO air conditioning. The first day was miserable. We also had to repair three of the portable fans before they could work.

Sorry to hear that it was hot when you arrived at the property, I checked and it was a record 103 degrees out that day. There is an oversized mini- split AC that does a great job of cooling down the top floor. If you had let me know I could have sent one of our full time maintenance men over to check on it if you were having any issues with operating it. The property is located at 7,400 feet and cools down nicely at night.

The hosts were wonderful communicators, and the house has the most perfect view of Mt Sopris. We had a great couple of days in Carbindale/Glenwood Springs!

This was our third time staying at this lovely home with our family. It is the perfect size for a large group. The views and grounds are amazing and it is close to many attractions in the area. We will hopefully be returning to spend more happy moments at this home.

Great views & comfortable stay

Loved the hot tub and heated bathroom floor downstairs. Spacious and comfortable for a large group. Best views around. Thank you for a nice stay.

Gorgeous property - fabulous stay! The area offers a lot of fun activities - paddleboarding at Ruedi Reservoir, the Carbondale Farmer's Market and Rodeo, many cute restaurants and hiking. The stargazing at night was unreal. We had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend.
