Stayed here for 2 nights with a 1yr baby. The pictures are accurate to the space and what a beautiful home to stay in! Very clean and well maintained, even the coffee maker was clean. The patio spaces and hammock was so nice as well and there's a park within walking distance. Overall a great location and wonderful space.

This property is beautiful and in a convenient quiet location. We had very easy access to shops and restaurants. The layout was very functional for us and well equipped. It provided everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent.

Kenny was a great host, and the property was perfect for our family winter weekend. Our group of six adults really enjoyed the views from the expansive deck, the comfortable seating in the large living room, and the dining area for meals and games. Glenwood was a great destination—we loved the Iron Mountain Hot Springs, the downtown shops and restaurants. We hope to return next year.

This is a very nice property that is clean, spacious, close to town, yet still feels very private. Owner was responsive, flexible, and always available for questions. No hesitation in providing high recommendation!

We just finished our stay at this beautiful house. It is situated up on a hill in a well established quiet neighborhood. Minutes from downtown restaurants and shopping. We visited Iron Mountain hot springs. We were very impressed on the cleanliness of the waters. The house was supplied with everything you could think of. Well thought of set of instructions on safety and everything working in the house. Lights are all labeled. We felt safe and very comfortable and spoiled. Beds were clean and comfortable. The towels were soft and fluffy. They even supplied shampoo and soap. There was plenty of coffee. There is a grocery store just a few blocks down the street. Our host kept in touch if we ever needed anything or any problems we encountered which we did not have. We saw wild turkeys meandering through the property daily. We were warned about active bears but we did not encounter any during our stay. Glenwood Springs is a gorgeous area. Even though it was extremely hot and dry during our stay. The AC units kept us quite comfortable.

This place is nicely located close to downtown and yet we saw turkeys, deer and even a small brown bear in the neighborhood. It was nice to sit out on the deck and look at the mountains. We saw paragliders in the morning off the mountain and so we went to do it ourselves.

Perfect for our stay

This was a perfect location for us to get to the hospital to see our brother. The kitchen worked really well for us to cook for the family and bring it up to the hospital. We are so grateful for this comfortable home.

Great location, close to grocery and local amenities

This is a lovely property. Entry at front door has a staging area for jackets, hats, swim stuff, ski stuff, whatever! The large kitchen was well suited for meals for the family and our party of 3 adults and 3 kids each had a comfortable bed. The host was very responsive and sent lovely check in instruction well in advance of the arrival time.

The house is conveniently located in Glenwood Springs; we were able to easily walk to the Roaring Fork river trail and to some of the downtown shops (including a top-notch ice cream shop). Plus it is in a quiet neighborhood and features excellent views of the town, valley, and mountains across the way.The house worked well for our group of five adults with lots of space to spread out across three floors. The kitchen is well equipped and easily accommodates several people cooking at the same time.Our host Kenny was very helpful and responsive, replying right away when we had questions or needed help, both before and during our stay. The only caveat is that the house and outdoor sitting areas (deck, patio, fire pit) face full west. This would be perfect during cold winter months when the warmth of the sun is welcome, but with no protection from the intense afternoon summer sun, we couldn't use the outdoor spaces on the deck or patio from mid-morning until after the sun set. We did enjoy breakfast on the deck, but lunch and dinner outside were not an option as the temperatures were very hot during our stay.

This is a great house in a very nice neighborhood- the house has beautiful views. Quick drive or walkable to the grocery store. House was very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Our only complaint was both the garbage can and recycling can were completely full to the rim so it required some "management" to make space for our refuse- not something one wants to be doing on vacation. Other than that we had a very nice stay. Kenny and Emily are great hosts- very responsive and accomodating.
