The owners were the kindest and easiest people to communicate with! The house was wonderful! Absolutely everything we wanted. The east facing Windows allowed us to watch the sun come up over the mountains. It was just great. Plenty of parking for our truck trailer and Jeep. Would definitely stay again!

Laura's group was awesome to host. They followed all the rules and left the cabin in immaculate shape - super clean. Communication was awesome. We'd host them again anytime.

Wonderful stay

Ginger's group left the cabin in great shape. They followed all the rules and asked great questions. It was super cold when they checked in and even though we turned the thermostats up in the morning, there was still a chill in the cabin. Great suggestion for the group to have space heaters which we just purchased. There was so much snow that parking was a little limited due to all the snow banks, but they were flexible throughout their whole stay. Greatly appreciated. We'd have them back anytime.

The cabin was clean and spacious. It was filled with the Christmas decorations and knickknacks making it feel like home.the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals for your family. The cabin owners were very helpful and accommodating, making the stay wonderful.

Amazing slice of heaven!

Upon arrival Tom was very flexible, accommodating, and kind! This slice of heaven cabin was absolutely exceptional and blew my expectations out of the water! Our stay was cozy, fun, and clean! Would highly recommend booking this amazing rental!

Great Spring Break Trip!

We enjoyed our stay! Tom was very friendly and made sure everything was perfect! We came on a ski trip with friends, the house is close to the lifts. It was stocked with all the essentials. Definitely will be back!

Stephanie's group was great to host. They asked great questions and followed all the rules. They were very patient when the WiFi thermostats failed and we were unable to pre-heat the cabin for them. We'd definitely host them again.

We loved our time at the Pino Place in Angel Fire. Everything was exactly as described, and the owners were available (usually within the hour) for any needs we had. We were so thankful we choose their property and if possible, we will return.

Really a slice of heaven

Property was amazing and beautiful. Sight was tucked away in the mountain, and it was close enough to small shops for last minute things. We spent thanksgiving with our family here and luckily the kitchen was stocked with dishware and pans, because we forgot a few things. All in all we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed ourselves.

Slice Of Heaven

We booked Cochiti Cabin for a getaway from the Texas heat. Everything about this house is amazing. The amenities provided, the beautiful views, the incredible hummingbirds and wildlife!! Tom and Val are superior hosts. Very thoughtful and accommodating. We will most certainly come back with the whole family!! Thank you Tom and Val for sharing your Slice of Heaven!!

Our stay at Slice of Heaven

This is our second year renting this property. We loved our stay and the property! We plan on returning next summer. The deck is wonderful, and the three levels of sleeping and living proved to be at exceptionally high standards. The property is perfect for our 13 people and two dogs. It is close to a wide variety of activities. We attended a music concert on Friday late afternoon, and the site was close by. The owners’ instructions were spot on. Overall, I would rate the property and attention to detail at 10 stars if I could—that is how happy we were with the property and its owners.

Spring Break 2023

Our family had a blast skiing at Angel Fire over spring break. The Cochiti cabin was perfect for us, warm and homey for our stay during the heavy snowfall. The hosts communicated before during and after our stay to make sure we had what we needed and that we were comfortable and safe. Tom went above and beyond and mailed back some forgotten items including our very important Purple Pillows that we left behind. The cabin was stocked with cookware and basic spices, plenty of extra blankets, comfortable seating for a group to watch a movie and plenty of games. Lots of fun memories made on this trip!

Shauna's group was awesome to host. They followed all the rules and left the cabin in great shape. They were awesome sports dealing with the over 20" of snow that fell during their stay. They managed to figure out the challenge of parking and getting out of the driveway since there was snow everywhere and nowhere to put it. We'd host them again anytime.

Visit to Angel Fire

Wonderful visit. The property was just the right size for my children and grandchildren. We loved the propane fire pit on the deck. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Tom, the owner was quick to respond to a couple of inquiries I had. We loved the temperature after coming from super hot Texas, and the children found a lot to do. The property was dog friendly and our two dogs had a great adventure around the property. We also loved watching the hummingbirds. The electricity stayed on through a few thunderstorms. And WiFi was perfect and supported my book editing from Washington DC. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and we plan to come again next summer.

Mike's family was great to host. They asked smart questions, followed all the rules and left the cabin in fantastic shape. They were very patient as we worked through a couple of hiccups with ants and the driveway being washed out by all the rain. There was a point in their stay where water restrictions were placed on residents staying in the Village - again by the rain. They were troopers and handled it as though it was part of the experience of vacationing in a small Ski/Golf town. We would definitely host them again.

Very accommodating host

Owners were very quick to respond with any questions or needs that arose. The property was perfect for our needs. It was great having the deer come by everyday and all the birds. Having a fire every evening after a day of skiing was a plus. Plenty of hot water for our showers and the kids really enjoyed the downstairs game room.

Great Wildlife

This property will not disappoint on wildlife sightings. We saw more than 10 deer a day in the yard, wild turkey’s, there was a cattle drive down the middle of the street. The hiking trails just in this neighborhood were awesome. The house was very nice inside - we enjoyed how relaxing it was in Angel Fire. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful Place

We had 13 of us stay in this beautiful cabin! The scenery was wonderful! The owners were very easy to get a hold of when we had questions. There was plenty of room and we didn't feel crowded! The board games and the welcoming gifts were such a nice touch! We enjoyed the nice huge deck and the propane fire pits! Would recommend this cabin to anyone and we would stay again!

Peaceful Getaway

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Cochiti Cabin! It was well located in proximity to restaurants and local stores while still allowing for peace and quiet. Tom and Val were incredible hosts, very thorough with their communication, and checked in with us throughout the whole trip. We truly enjoyed the birds and all of the wild life that surrounded the cabin, and the local walking trails were great! Great and relaxing trip!

Great vacation

Tom made everything so easy! The property is located behind the main shopping area and across from the ski resort. Great location. Loved our stay. Definitely would recommend.
