Nine houses from the beach, great location and neighborhood!

Our home has always been a gathering place for our family, as I hope it will be for yours. Newly renovated home located on a cul-de-sac one house off the bay and only a short walk to the beach. A perfect family vacation rental with 3 bedrooms that sleeps 8 to 10. Upstairs the master bedroom has a queen bed and a beautiful renovated bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Also located upstairs is a spacious sitting room / loft area with a full size sleep sofa. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a double size bunk bed. In addition there is a large deck on the front of the house perfect for relaxing and entertaining or just watch your kids play. Great new kitchen with all new appliances and outdoor gas grill. Other amenities include: 3 TV's with cable and WiFi, washer & dryer assorted games. We also provide a concierge service for linens. Also include are 4 beach badges.

Will be back!

Lovely, stylish home close to beach in the heart of LBI. Our toddler loved playing in the quiet street. House was stocked with games and everything for the beach. Great communication with owners. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We had a blast. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Perfect shore rental

The home was updated and immaculate Games and puzzles were a great touch We will probably book again for next summer. Charming quiet culdesac The owner was available for any questions!

Great house, nice location, all the amenities

My family had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at this beautiful and well appointed home. The location was good because we had everything within a short walk or bike ride and the house itself was lovely, comfortable and stylish.

Beautiful house, perfect location, great experience

We stayed at this house in late August and loved it. The location was perfect, one house from the bay and a very short walk from the beach (the island is narrow at this point). We watched four sunsets and one sunrise. The house itself was beautiful, recently redone, light and airy, very clean, with everything we needed (outdoor shower and hose for sandy feet, four badges, a yard to park our bikes, laundry, etc.). It was centrally located on the island in Brant Beach, an easy drive to Beach Haven and Barnegat Light, and a perfect bike ride to the Skipper Dipper :). Miriam was really helpful and thought of everything. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful beach house

Well appointed beach house that is beautifully decorated. We have rented in LBI many times and this was the best experience by far. We were a family of four and it worked perfectly for us. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to put shades on the bedroom with twin beds and also for the master. We had a lovely week!!!

Perfect in every way!

Loved it! Immaculate, newly refinished, comfortable beach home. The perfect place for my family of 6. House is fully loaded with all of the comforts of home and then some. Short walk to the beach. Owner is very nice to deal with. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!
