We had a lovely stay in a nice neighborhood that was really close to all the things we went to do. It was a great venue for a retreat from our busy lives.

Great Location and modest accommodations.

Title says it all. Clean enough and decently maintained property that was comfortable and exactly what we needed for a decent price.

Great location

Close to the Monument, Fruita and Grand Junction. We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament at Canyon View Park.

The host was extremely responsive in terms of communications. The house is in a nice neighborhood and was very comfortable and livable. The kitchen was set up for basic cooking but not for anything elaborate.

We'll want to stay here next time

My brothers & I (along with a 13 year old grandson) really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very well appointed for our needs. Location in a quiet neighborhood was a big plus. One toilet was a little backed up but we were able to plunge it effectively - didn't impact our stay very much. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy the comfort of the house. It really was a temporary home for us!!!

Comfortable home in Grand Junction

Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed for preparing dinner, and the outdoor grill worked great. Close to grocery and liquor store, and only about 10 minutes to downtown. Perfect place for our family weekend adventure to Grand Junction.

Could not adjust home temperature-cold at night. Ant problem, old spices in cabinets, no laundry soap, uncomfortable plastic mattress covers with cheap sheets that kept coming off mattress, overgrown unmaintained back yard. Slider door sticks and front door had to be bolted to keep shut. Dark lighting in bedrooms.

Not a bad spot.

The place was clean when we arrived. Had general towels, pots & pans, & fancy soaps & shampoo in the master bath. The AC & Furnace Thermostats need maintenance as they are confusing and don’t indicate proper temp; however, they are functional. The kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced as the spray/stream button was not on it anymore. The toilet in master bath runs all the time. The front porch is set up really cool. The back door & patio need some TLC but I see a lot of potential. All & All I felt the price was fair.

Winery Weekend

Loved the area and Two Rivers turned out to be our favorite especially since we could walk there. The master bedroom was the best for sleeping but not so much the others. The twin bedroom has the outdoor flood light that shines in and sheets that are way too big so she just go wrapped up in them all night. Both bedrooms have plastic mattress pads which were noisy and cold. The master bathroom needs a curtain for sleepers that want it dark as the neighbors EV car that is charged right outside has a light that shines in. The house itself was what we needed. It was way too cold when we got there on Friday (set at 62) and turned the AC up but not off. You need to put a sign on the door into the garage not to lock the deadbolt. We did the one night and had a heck of a time getting it unlocked the next day, took all 3 of us. Thanks and good luck with it.

nice location with a number of defects. 1. very marginal lighting except kitchen.2. Poor supply of cheap shampoo/ soaps in bathrooms. 3. No facial tissues4. Windows in sunroom dirty and in disrepair.5. ran out of coffee filters.6. doors to back yard non-functioning7. outdoors furniture uncomfortable and in poor condition8. use of garage a big plus9. The house was in a nice neighborhood and the host was friendly. It was cute enough inside. The swamp cooler did not work properly and it was uncomfortably hot during the day. It needed dusted and the outside was unmaintained in the front and back.

Quiet and comfortable

The house was perfect for our stay during the Colorado Mountain Winefest. Beds were comfortable and it was so quiet in the lovely neighborhood. Plenty of room if you have multiple guests. Air conditioning was nice and cool and there are fans (pedestal fans & ceiling fans) if you like fans on at night like my spouse!

Great getaway

House was nice, generally well stocked. Slow to cool down on arrival day, maybe update air conditioning. It's only going to get hotter due to climate change. We thought it might be a good idea for owners/manager to out together a welcome book with important information, ie wifi password, air conditioning/swamp cooler info., appliance info. Suggest food, winery and orchard options close to the property. Something to give it more of a "welcoming" feel. 10** to neighbor who gave us a box of ripe peaches for our enjoyment and her dog Titan who came to visit us!! Perfect addition.

Property is in a mega convenient location and it’s super quiet at night. I wish we could give it more than 5 stars. The best property I’ve stayed at while passing through Grand Junction.

Solid house with all the amenities. there was no welcome folder so difficult to figure out the Wi-Fi and many lightbulbs were burned out but those were replaced after talking with the manager otherwise all good

Perfect for Fruita and Grand Junction MTB trip.

Quite neighborhood right in between all the great trails, garage for safe vehicle and bike storage and hose out front for washing the bikes.

Great little hideaway for our visit to this area to be with our daughter and son-in-law.

We enjoyed our visit at this property. The house was very pleasant and comfortable. The outdoor grill with chairs out front was excellent! We will rent again if we are out this way.
