What a VIEW. Not many homes in town have such an amazing view from the back deck. The expansive deck creates a massive amount of outdoor living space which is just as spectacular in the winter as it is in the summer.

Make yourself at home in our home which is located just 2 miles from the Mesa Mall and just 4 miles from I-70. This home is centrally located in the Grand valley and is just minutes from the Colorado National Monument and the River Front Trail. Enjoy the view of the Bookcliffs while hanging out on the back deck where there is an outdoor grill to use at your convenience. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed and a recently remodeled master suite. Bedroom 2 also has a comfortable queen bed as well as a desk area if needed. Bedroom 3 has a set of comfortable bunk beds top bunk is a twin bottom bunk is a full. There is a flat screen TV with some streaming options in the living room. Enjoy games with the family as you make our home your home.

FANTASTIC HOME! The location, the layout, the big yard, quiet neighborhood and great value for the cost. We would recommend this house to anyone staying in the Grand Junction area and hopefully return again next year!

We absolutely loved the property, everything we needed. The beautiful deck looking out at the mountains was magical! We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

The property was very clean and the deck was very nice. Overall we enjoyed out stay. A few things were a little off- there was a lamp that had a cord chewed off, no soap in the bathroom, and a strong paint smell in the kitchen.

Very pet friendly, the back yard is amazing to relax under two umbrellas and a neat gas fireplace. The home is very clean.We only missed a toaster and hair dryer. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with good people next door.

Lacking in kitchen utensils or were broken, knives not sharp. We do all our cooking at home so that was hard. Not a large variety of bowls, cooking pans, sheets. Would prefer not to have to strip beds ourselves.

This place is kind of like going to stay at Grandpa and Grandma's house. Some small things can easily be fixed such as the only ice cube trays are clearly for little children with kid shaped small cubes. Two real adult ice cube trays would be a nice addition. The biggest issues are: the back fence is ready to fall over anytime so if you have a dog that might jump up and push on the fence you better hope it doesn't collapse; the swamp cooler on the roof is extremely loud and seems to almost never turn off; and the floors in the dining room lost their connection with the substructure so they creak and groan whenever you walk over them. Also, the couches have very hard ornate wood on the upper back so whenever you put your head back it hurts every time. The place is very well maintained otherwise with some nice upgrades throughout and an amazing back yard (minus the fence). We saw deer almost every night which was awesome and the stars are fabulous in the night sky (we're from Denver so light pollution really is an issue here). There also doesn't seem to be any good places nearby to walk your dog. Oh, the Two Rivers Winery is just 6 miles away! Very classy vineyard and great wine also.

Excellent place!

House was super clean and very spacious for our family of 4. Back porch was amazing and the house is in a great location. Highly recommend this property and if we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Lots of room, swamp cool is a life saver, easy to get around town from the houses location, clean and the view was exactly like I imagined. The host has great customer service!

Our stay here was excellent. It was a very easy process with help booking, and accommodating when we changed gears just a little bit. House is well set up with every thing you need, and the view from the amazing deck was wonderful.
