Perfect location. Jewel of a property. Private.

Not our first time in PS. Easy walking to downtown, restaurants and Ruth Hardy Park. Property is well maintained and owner and manager were easy to work and promptly responsive to any questions. Highly recommend. Very private.

Perfect place

We spent quite a while at Larry's place this winter and it was a fantastic experience. First, the unit is just as it's shown in the pictures, truly lovely. The pool and hot tub outside were wonderful. Second, the communication with the owner and with the on-site manager, Kaco, was outstanding. Always immediately responsive and helpful and kind. Having Kaco in the complex is truly a plus. And of course location - so close to downtown. All in all, cannot recommend more highly.

Even Better than Advertised

This bright, clean, beautifully decorated and well-equipped home is better than described in the listing. It is a 10-minute walk from this small complex through The Movie Colony to Ruth Hardy Park, where we (and Daisy the dog) made many new friends. It’s a 15-minute walk to restaurants and events downtown. This airy home is great for entertaining; everything in the well-equipped and well-stocked kitchen works, the knives are sharp, there is dinnerware for 10 and table seating for 6 inside; double doors open to the pool, spa, gas grill, fire table and patio heater. While there can be some traffic noise from a nearby intersection on the shadier, north, side, it is not noticeable over the bubbling spa. We enjoyed the large, south-facing balcony off the upstairs master suite -- perfect for sunning, reading, and marvelling at the mountain views. If you must work, the upstairs office can be closed off from the master suite and giant shower and closet, and there is a Keurig to keep you going. The spaces in the downstairs suite are only slightly smaller. The friendly owners provided lots of linens, plush towels, soaps, etcs. They quickly answered our rare questions before and during our stay, and when they learned we were travelling with a dog, they installed a large pee-patch of artificial grass. An unexpected bonus of our 3-month stay was being befriended by Kaco, the owners’ friend and resident of the complex, who served as their proxy, concierge, and fixer (though nothing needed to be fixed). We highly recommend staying at Villa Alejo.

Best vacate ever

Don’t know where to start house was lovely absolutely like the pictures and then some had everything we needed fell in love with Palm Springs we were there when you had all the rain fell in love with Palm Springs we were there when you had all the rain but there was so much to enjoy it did not dampen our enjoyment Kaco is a gem and one of those rare individuals that you grow Do you love and enjoy being around he was so helpful by picking us up at airport and being our tour guide could not say enough about him and the neighbors we got to meet It was absolutely lovely our only hope the next ones who are lucky enough to find this place enjoy and have us much as we did

Fabulous stay in Palm Springs

My husband and I spent a month at this condo and we loved it. The location is great and within walking distance to downtown. The condo was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and everything seemed new. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable after a day of hiking. Best of all was the onsite property manager who meet us at the condo and spent over an hour explaining how everything worked and gave us tips on restaurants and things to do. Larry, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommmed this condo.
