This property had a complete renovation with all new kitchen cabinets, granite, Stainless Steel appliances, carpet, paint & lots of new furniture. This property is very private, in fact, one of the only private pools left in Ventana Del Sol. It's an end unit and feels more like a home. Just installed a new remote controlled pool & yard unit, it makes operating the pool equipment a breeze, now you can sit back and enjoy the VERY private pool & spa hassel free. This is just about the best location in Palm Springs, just four blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, one block from the convention Center and two blocks from the Spa Hotel and Casino. It's only a five minute ride to the Airport. Includes covered, (gated) off street parking.

This townhome is a vacation place like no other with its own private pool and spa with a backdrop of the most beautiful mountain views anywhere. The interior is adorned with taste and comfort & is kept impeccably clean, most of my renters have been back over & over again. One Master Suite, 1 1/2 baths, a Den with a comfortable Queen sofa sleeper which will sleep two additional guests. Enjoy the stone fireplace in the livingroom or watch your favorite TV program or DVD on one of two Flat screen TVs, free wireless internet and local / long distance phone calls to anywhere in the USA & Canada. Every room is a sanctuary, the kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, everything you should need for a gourmet meal or a simple snack can be found in this kitchen, all you need is a trip to the grocery store.

Couples getaway

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful townhome. The property was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The private pool and spa were a huge bonus as were the gorgeous mountain views. Thank you for a lovely getaway! We will certainly plan to stay here again when we visit Palm Springs.

Perfect Getaway Location

The location was perfect, within walking distance to great shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The condo itself was spotless and well-appointed, with the added luxury of a private pool that made for a relaxing getaway. The owner was incredibly communicative and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and convenient Palm Springs stay!

Perfect paradise

This is a little paradise away from home very private and just perfect… The host and the property manager were delightful and we enjoyed our stay so much! They have extra amenities like luxury bath towels, and bathrobes, and it was just delightful and I will go back again and again!

Perfect in every way

This property is only a 15-20 minute walk to the strip which means we could avoid parking issues. The listing description does not do it justice. The views of the mountains are wonderful with my morning coffee. The pool and spa were spotless and so refreshing in the heat. The kitchen was well equipped. I would give 10 stars if the app would let me. Already plan to re-book this property next May.

Great on bedroom.

This one bedroom condo has a bath and a half and a private hot tub and pool. That is almost impossible to find in the area.

A perfect getaway in Palm Springs

Great location, very comfortable apartment with a private pool and hot tub….who could ask for more. I appreciated the in person check-in process. Really makes one feel welcomed. Would stay here again and again, even though, it seems very roomy for one person. I enjoyed the space a lot.

Great location

The location was great to easily walk into town and enjoy the wide range of dining experiences. The condo was exactly as advertised; clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication was also really good making for an easy check in/out process.

Relaxing vacation

The home is centrally located in Palm Springs. Close to everything. The amenities are as described and better. It's in a very quiet location and the property is gated. Looking forward to staying at this home in the future. Bob is a great host and very accommodating.

Perfect Respite

We love Palm Springs, so we took a gamble on visiting during the peak of summer. This condo was the perfect choice -- great location near downtown Palm Springs, spacious and comfortable floorplan, very nicely appointed, and the private pool was a great way to beat the heat. The owner and property managers were very accommodating hosts. Altogether made for a lovely, restful weekend escape.

Bob and his team are welcoming and friendly. The home was comfortable, clean and secure. We enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and pool and I appreciated the comfortable bed and nice linens - this is something I don't often find at vacation rentals.The proximity to the Palm Springs Convention Center was convenient as well as the short walk to downtown. Perfect Rental for a Getaway

We loved our stay in Bob's spacious and spotlessly clean townhome! The unit was comfortable, private, well equipped, and included a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, shampoo and soap. Speaking of the kitchen, it had everything we needed, including a full set of knives, pots & pans, even plenty of tea and coffee. It is located in a fantastic location within easy walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and we enjoyed meeting and chatting with the very friendly neighbors on our daily dog walks around the block and at Ruth Hardy Park, which is only about 2 blocks away. It was very hot in Palm Springs the week we were there, so the private pool was a lifesaver! We never tired of the incredible view of the mountains from the patio/pool area, where we spent a lot of our time. Bob and his property manager Jeremy were both friendly and easy to contact when we needed to. Check in/out was super easy too. All in all, it was a perfect retreat for the two of us and our dog. We're looking forward to booking this rental again when we return to Palm Springs!

Great place!

Excellent location. Pretty much a 5 to 10 minute walk to any place you wanted to go downtown. The property was very clean and nicely appointed. Great communication with the owner which included checking in with us during the stay. We were very busy during our trip and wished we could have spent more time in the unit.

Amazing retreat for a couple

We booked this property many months ago for our 19 year wedding anniversary. We were so, so happy with our stay and we are already looking at dates to return again. The hot tub was a highlight, and the neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to the main shopping/food district of Palm Springs. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the relaxing atmosphere of the condo. You have complete privacy in the patio and pool area, and the bed and couches are insanely comfortable. We didn’t have one thing to complain about for our stay. Only that we didn’t book for longer! We had great communication with Bob and his property manager, who responded to any question or inquiry very quickly. Fast wifi and a huge kitchen for cooking and heating up the amazing leftovers from nearby Palm Springs restaurants. You can tell Bob really takes pride in this place and wants his guests to have a 5 star experience. If I could, I would give it 10 stars! Do not hesitate to book. 100% will stay again soon!

Excellent Getaway!

I rented this beautiful condo for my husband’s birthday, so glad I did. The condo has all of the amenities you will need. It’s clean had everything we wanted, pool, jacuzzi, fully stocked kitchen. Our host was great and very accommodating. We will definitely rent this property again on future visits to Palm Springs.

Perfect Getaway

We have been to Palm Springs many times. I will have to say this was my favorite place to stay. It was cozy, quiet, and had everything you needed. Loved the pool/ patio area. We will definitely return in the spring.

This place is a gem and HIGHLY recommended – immaculate, great location and a private pool with an absolutely spectacular view – Bob and his team were very accommodating and super easy to work with. We started missing it as soon as we left for the airport! Looking forward to coming back!

Hidden gem

Bob and team are great. Very responsive. The condo was very clean and had all the items you need to make your stay comfortable. We have stayed here 2x's now with our pups and will be retuning. Great location and loved the private pool.

I was the first to buy in this complex of 15 so I feel I picked the prime unit, it comes with the very important 2nd half bath, all on one level, a very private pool without other units looking down on you, great mountain views, and completely renovated. This is also with out a doubt the best location in Palm Springs.
