👬 OCCUPANCY & BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• NO Prom/Graduation/Senior Weekend bookings accepted.
• Ventnor now requires a 3-night minimum stay. Our rates have been adjusted to accommodate the extra night requirement.
• Booking Guest must be at least 25 years old. The MAXIMUM occupancy for our home is 10 Guests (including infants/toddlers & children). To accommodate this number all full, queen & king beds will be shared and either the sleeper sofa or upper bunk beds will be used (max. weight for each upper bunk bed is 175lbs).
• For guys/girls weekends: Every guest in an all adults group must be at least 25 years old. Booking guest can not have negative reviews from past stays.
• Please keep in mind that there is parking for a MAXIMUM of 4 cars. Please do not book if your group requires more than 4 parking spaces.
• To finalize your reservation, a signed Rental Agreement must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. The link to complete the agreement will be sent after your booking is accepted. Please note: failure to complete this step within the given timeframe will result in automatic cancellation. To complete the agreement, you’ll need the full names and ages of each guest, along with a copy of a government-issued ID.
• Instead of requiring a non-refundable damage insurance fee, we place a $500 hold on your credit card starting one day before arrival. This hold is fully released within seven days after departure, provided our home is left in good condition and house rules have been respected.
• Kindly note: You’ll see two separate charges on your credit card statement—one from VRBO for their booking fee, and another from Our Humble Homes covering the nightly rate and any additional applicable fees. We just want to ensure there are no surprises when reviewing your statement!

🐶 BRINGING A PET?
• Well behaved, house & crate trained dogs are welcome for an additional $250 non-refundable per pet/per stay fee (maximum of 2 dogs).
• Cats are not allowed at any time due to severe allergies.
• Please advise before booking — Pre-Approval from host is needed.

• Self check-in with a unique to you key code for the duration of your stay
• The front door to our home is up half a flight of stairs (4 steps)
• Guest has access to the entirety of the house except for locked owner supply areas and garage
• Garage is not included in the rental and is for owner use/storage only
