The house has ample space for folks to spread out. Four bedrooms with three full baths made this a comfortable stay. Everything was convenient, from grocery, to restaurants, to the beach - this peaceful location really focuses on what’s important in a getaway. The owner communicated quickly and clearly, and we felt that the property was very well managed. All-in-all, this property offered great value and comfort. 10/10 would recommend.

Five-star guest all the way! Alexander left the place spotless, communicated like a pro, and brought immaculate, joyful energy. If I could clone them and have them book every weekend, I would. Absolute dream guest—welcome back anytime!

Our stay went smoothly from start to finish. Checkin was easy.The host responded immediately to any questions.There was convenient parking for two cars. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean. Host was very receptive. When ice maker wasn't working, they sent someone with ice cube trays. Could have used more towels and wash cloths. Air conditioning fan was too loud. Verbo did not include North in the street address so Google sent us to the wrong address.

We had a great time and great location. It’s an older home and could use a little love but nice.All bedrooms are on the top floor with lots of steps. Eight to ten steps into the house from the street, more from the back. So not handicapped accessible. One of our traveler has MS so the stairs were a challenge.Inside 12-16 steps to the bedroom floors. A jack and Jill bathroom between a king bedroom and queen bedroom. An addition bathroom for two more rooms. One with a king bed the other with two queens (I think, they could have been doubles.)You really can’t sleep on the sun porch, no blinds, shades or air conditioning. On the main floor there is an additional bathroom with a shower which was great with a house full of women.A remodeled kitchen with a few appliances. We did purchase a skillet. There are a few store front restaurants in walking distance as well as a corner store. The beach is a few blocks away but you will need to take your own chairs. You will need to drive to the boardwalk, if you are our age (smile) or it’s hot!We had an issue but the owner was responsive and we did purchase wash cloths and hangers.
