Steps to Beach, Restaurants, Pet Friendly Rates

Location, location location!!! The boardwalk to the beach is about a minute walk. There is no busy intersection to cross to get to the water. This cottage is a short walk to popular restaurants such as the Sugar Shack, Agave Bar and Grill, Sundae Cafe and the Back River Brewery (live entertainment available many evenings). There are also surfing shops, convience stores and ATMs within walking distance. Built in 1920, this cottage is one story. Unloading belongings is a cinch with only three steps to get in the front door. This spacious 1800 square feet home exudes charm. The family room is uncrowded and can comfortably accommodate more than 10 people. Cable and wifi is included. There are 3 full size bedrooms. The queen bedroom has a master bathroom attached. There is a large closet and dresser. The king bedroom has ample room and a beautiful wood planked ceiling. The third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a twin trundle underneath, an excellent room for all the kids. The main bathroom has a bathtub and shower. There is also a half bath. The kitchen is open to the dining room. The dining room table can comfortably sit 10 guests. The charm of a 1950's kitchen is still there, but with all the modern conveniences. This cottage even has a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer with steam cycle. As if it couldn't get any better, there is a large, shaded fenced in backyard with a fireplace and gas grill. Great for kids and dogs.

Everything about this place was perfect. The size was amazing for large groups has plenty of space. The location was right beside everything and just a few minutes walk to the beach . Very dog friendly had plenty of room for my dogs to run around in the backyard .All in all it was a beautiful spacious place !

Charming house, clean, everything we needed was supplied (dish and laundry soap, garbage bags, kitchen utensils, etc). There were a few more stairs than expected for my elderly dad who uses a rollator, but we made it work. Beach access close and convenient! Would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was exactly as described. The house was very spacious so we felt like we were not cramped. My kids really enjoyed playing foosball. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance meant we didn’t spend a lot of time traveling around. This left us with more time for the beach. Oh… and our host was perfect!

Didn’t realize one bedroom was with bunk beds. We were older adults and more of a challenge to sleep. Otherwise very spacious and great location.

It was good great location was a little hot in house when we got there took whole day before we were comfortable.Does have a large step down to one of the rooms for older people.Had to fix the TV because it was not connected properly.

Great location. 2min walk to the beach, restaurants and stores.The cottage was nice and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the AC works really well. The hostess was very responsive.

Great weekend getaway for 2 families

Love the location - a short walk to the beach. The bunk room was perfect for kids and the games and other stuff there was great entertainment when we weren't at the beach

Awesome location!

Plenty of character in this place. It was perfect for our trip! The beach access is so close and a short walk to many great restaurants. We loved this spot as this part of the beach is not nearly as crowded as the North and South Beaches. Overall, a wonderful time!
