This is a professionally managed property with a staffed office on the Isle of Palms.

When your vacation demands better than the absolute best, then welcome to Sand Serenity. Located just steps from the sand, close enough to walk to all of the entertainment fun the Isle of Palms has to offer and plenty of room for that once-in-a-lifetime beach escape to the South Carolina Coast. From breathtaking sunrises to the north, amazing evening strolls under a crimson sunset to leisurely afternoons lounging by the infinity pool, this home offers everything you could ever need.

This picture-perfect home features an open floor plan, allowing maximum gathering space for everyone between the living room, dining and kitchen areas. Sand Serenity features over 5,400 square feet of living area which doesn’t even include the expansive oceanfront decks and outdoor entertaining areas. The oceanfront infinity pool and integrated spa (heatable for an additional fee) measures 35’ x 17’ and offers that perfect escape after a long day on the sand. Oceanfront outdoor summer kitchen with bar area and even a pool table that is also a ping pong table (*See Disclaimer) is the absolute perfect place to wind down in the evenings.

Five bedrooms feature king beds and one of the king rooms has a twin bed, for a child that doesn't want to enjoy the bunk room. One of these King bedrooms is on the first floor, the rest are on the second floor of the home. The sixth generous bedroom is an impressive bunk room for all the kids with two twin-over-twin bunks and one twin-over-full bunk as well as a large open area for plenty of play space. The two upstairs primary bedrooms feature private access to the upper deck and sweeping ocean views as far as the eye can see and two very impressive primary bathrooms.

*Disclaimer: A $700 fee will be automatically assessed if damaged has occured to the Pool Table during your stay. Pictures are taken by East Islands Rentals before & after every check in as proof.

Gas Pool Heat Fee: $800.00 per week plus taxes and fees
Gas Spa Heat Fee: $500.00 per week plus taxes and fees
Pool and Spa Heat Fee: $1150.00 per week plus taxes and fees
*This is an integrated spa, it does not stay hot 24/7 but runs on an on-demand timer system. When you decided to use it, turn it on 30 min prior. It shuts off after 2-3 hours. The spa heat is set to 102 degrees. Pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, it will only heat to 20-25 degrees warmer than the coldest outside temperature. We do not guarantee the pool will be warm enough for swimming during colder months.
Availability & Pricing:
When checking availability and pricing enter arrival & departure dates, 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday rentals in the mid-spring, summer, and early fall. You may rent 3 or more nights in late fall, winter, and early spring, excluding holidays. Click the book now button to view the price and associated fees.
--Policy--
You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of A $3000 security deposit, we offer a Damage Protection Policy to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay. The cost is $79 plus taxes& fees. You are required to include one or the other with your reservation.
Travel Insurance:
East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area or yours, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental total plus taxes & fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through East Islands Rentals. If travel insurance is not added at the time the reservation is booked it can be added at a later date

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 816 gives you the perfect spot to immediately get into relaxation mode. Spacious bedrooms and ensuites and a terrific bunk room give quiet time for 5 couples or multiple families. Well stocked kitchen worked great for family meals. Having the pool/hot-tub/grills/ping-pong-pool table downstairs gives you everything you need...and just steps from the ocean. LOCATION - a casual walk to dinner, drinks, coffee and even the grocery store make this location perfect. A power outage was quickly handled by mgmt with a visit and breaker box reset. Golf cart rental made visiting the entire island accessible, if you want to explore. Bike rentals worked for those that wanted to do some pedaling. This house is in the perfect location for Isle of Palms!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in the BEST location in IOP and the bedrooms are set up perfectly for our needs with 4 couples and 2 kids. We had a few minor maintenance issues (pool heat wasn't working, air conditioning upstairs wasn't working and one of the beds had the middle support missing) but they were all taken care of by Monday. Shout out to Tim who was exceptional and kept us updated and fixed our issues quickly. We kitchen is very well equipped and the 2 dishwashers and many garbage/recycling bins in the kitchen were so helpful. The 2nd refrigerator downstairs is also great. When we come back to IOP, we will definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful home!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this home. We rarely return to the same property more than once, so that says something about how much we enjoy it. The location is perfect. Three families stayed together. This home is ideal for that. The only negative to us is the heat on the pool/spa. It was very temperamental and we had a difficult time getting it to consistently work. For the amount we spent on it that was disappointing. The home is starting to show some age and could use some minor updates. Several things that were broken three years ago are still broken. But overall we would highly recommend! We didn’t want to leave.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The broken elevator was a huge inconvenience and not knowing until we arrived was disappointing. The property is generally clean, but the stairs to the garage are very dirty, full of cobwebs and dead bugs. The house needs some love and freshening up. We have stayed here at least four times and it is starting to look a little tired. The glass door in the upstairs master bedroom has been cracked for several years.
