BRAND NEW BEACH RETREAT!! "The Water's Edge"---Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a short walk to the beach. Heated pool and spa. Brand New Construction just a short walk to the beach!! You will enjoy relaxing in our spacious meticulously clean home with all the amenities you desire.

Lots of Deck Space around the pool and on the second /third levels.
3 bedrooms with King Beds and ensuite bathrooms
1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed and en suite bathroom
1 bedroom with a King Bed and shared Jack & Jill bathroom
1 Kids' Suite with Full over Full bunk with a twin trundle, and a set of twin Built in Bunk Beds (5 beds and a shared Jack & Jill bathroom)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire place except for a couple small closets where the owners will keep personal belongings.
Other things to note.
Parties and events are not allowed at this home. No smoking and Pets are not allowed on the property. Pool can be heated in spring & fall for a fee. The Spa can be heated for a fee year round.
