Host was super responsive and a great communicator. House was clean and cute. It's definitely an older home but had the basics. We'd stay again if in that area.

Two dads with their sons (teenager and young adult) in town for an Ole Miss game. This property was perfect for us! Small but comfortable, well-appointed and an easy 30min drive to campus. Communications with the host are especially noteworthy! Rebecca gave me her cell; we had a nice chat in advance and texted a few times during our stay. She was exceptionally responsive! Fresh baked muffins and a fruit bowl when we arrived were nice touches. TriBecca Allie Cafe in Sardis lived up to its reputation as the pizza was outstanding (and it’s only 2 minutes from the house). Highly recommend this property for a small group in town for an Ole Miss event

Out of all the football games and other times we had to stay in or around oxford this was by far the best experience. The host made this experience. They went above and beyond and I could not be more pleased. Truly a great experience not only for me, but for the others that stayed with us as well.

Probably the best host out there!! Excellent communication and hospitality. If I could give 7 out of 5 stars I would!! If you’re ever in the Sardis Mississippi area I highly recommend staying here!!

Pleasant and Peaceful

Clean and spacious with all the accommodations necessary for our weekend getaway with family for an event at Ole Miss! Host Becca made sure we had everything we needed and thoughtfully wished us safe travels! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great stay

Group of guys stayed for the LSU Ole Miss game. Very friendly hosts and the house had just what we needed. Well stocked kitchen and the beds were comfortable. Just wish the game had a different ending… Highly recommended!

Nice Quite Neighborhood

The property worked great for us. The host was very accommodating and communicated with me to make sure the property I rented worked for me. The neighbor was nice and quiet. We ate at the TriBecca Allie Cafe in Sardis which was excellent.

Becca was so easy to communicate with, and made sure we were well taken care of! House was so cozy and clean! will absolutely book again when i make another visit to ole miss!

Very dog friendly!

This is my favorite VRBO far! It wasn't fancy, But it was very comfortable! It is cute and perfectly workable. I didn't spend the whole visit worrying about breaking or ruining something. It has 2 fenced in areas, one was big, the other fair size. Our dog had a place to exercise and play. It made a huge difference for us! And this I can't emphasize enough, the owner was fantastic! Friendly and super helpful. She knows the area very well. It is conveniently located very close to a highway which gives you access to all the other great spots in the area. I highly recommend this VRBO. We will be back!

Quaint home in a friendly town.

The home was exactly what I expected. And it was clean, comfortable and stocked well. Becca was so responsive, friendly and attentive. I would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

The home was spotless, charming and affordable. Becca and Dutch responded immediately to any questions. They made us feel like friends. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Nice & Close to Ole Miss

Flew in from RI to meet up with friends from Louisiana who were Ole Miss alumni to see the Rebels play LSU in Oxford. The house was within 1/2 hour of the campus and Memphis airport. It is conveniently located just off the highway. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to sleep comfortably. It is an older house but met what we needed it for.

Lovely home

This was the perfect spot for our fishing trip. We had everything we needed, and the owners were great with communication. Being able to keep our dog with us for the trip was a huge deal...and she enjoyed the house and fenced yard, too. Definitely want to visit again.

Great place to stay!

Hosts were amazing. Close to Sardis for fishing. Plenty of room to park boat. The wood fired pizza at TriBecca Allie Cafe was the best! Also the Carmel cobbler at Frogs Pearl Station. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Becca & Dutch!
