Beautiful new 2-bedroom home in an idyllic neighborhood

This beautiful newly build home is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet, idyllic neighborhood. The house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a completely separate unit from the main house with its own separate entrance which will provide needed privacy to its dwellers. The location comes with many parking spots. In addition, guests will have access to Wifi, a Smart TV (Roku accessible), fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom amenities. The large, serene, green and beautifully decorated backyard is a shared space between the front and back house.
This cozy place is conveniently situated amongst some of the coolest attractions that Southern California has to offer. Big attractions such as Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are 5 and 2 miles away, respectively. For those who are interested in the local culture, there are smaller local attractions such as Medieval Times, Soak City, Adventure Park, or the swap meet that are a mere 10 minutes away.
NOTE: we have 3 outdoor cats who like to roam around the back yard. Turkey, the black cat, is the friendlies but will only let you pet his head. The other two might run if approached.
Since this guest house is situated in a residential neighborhood, we do not allow parties to be hosted at this location.

Cosy house in a quiet neighborhood

We liked this house because it was in the middle of many places we wanted to visit. Very friendly owner. It's a safe place. Very close to Disneyland, Huntington beach etc. Good beds, shower and kitchen.

Very Minimalistic but Sufficient

We chose this vrbo due to distance to Disneyland, price per night and description. By the description, we were led to believe this was an entire house, but it is actually a backyard-accessed apartment attached to the owner’s part of the house. This felt slightly awkward to us, and that we couldn’t be too loud in the evenings so as not to disturb the owners, who shared partial walls to the “larger” of the two rooms. There is no living room or couch space in this duplexed unit, so we didn’t really have a place to hang out with all of us to watch a movie and/or relax, and unfortunately, the beds were pretty firm and uncomfortable for our liking. There is also no tub in either bathroom in case you need that for smaller children or would like to soak feet post-Disneyland walking. The showers were decent, and there were plenty of fresh towels. The a/c units in each room are in good working order and efficient, but we were asked to keep them off when we weren’t there. Communication was minimal and slow at times, but the unit was clean and ready when we needed it. Overall, it was sufficient for our stay - very no-frills and covered the basic needs of a bed and shower with a fridge/freezer. I would recommend this as a very budget-minded and within fifteen minutes driving distance from Disneyland option, but if you want comfort and lots of space, this may not be the place for you.

Great spot for our southern ca visit

Timothy was a great host! He was very quick to respond to my questions and was very kind when we met him in person. The location was about 20 minutes from Disneyland but a very easy drive through city streets. If you’re looking for a landing spot for sleeping, while being out and about for the day, this is a great place to stay. It was also about 20 mins to multiple beaches. The kitchen was great for cooking meals. There is a dining area, but no living room. There are tvs in each bedroom and the futon is located in one of the bedrooms. Overall, we are very happy with our choice to stay during our visit and the host was great!

Great spot for Disneyland!

We stayed here for 3 nights on our way to Hawaii with a pit stop in Disneyland. This place is perfect. AC in each room, lots of room and great bathrooms. We would stay here again!

Good spot for a Disney trip

This was the perfect place to stay for a couple of days in Disneyland. It was fairly close to the park, located in a quiet neighborhood, and we had no issues with check in or communication with our hosts. There were not a lot of kitchen tools but we were able to get by without them. They did provide snacks and water, which was nice!

Peaceful and safe

This place was perfect and just as described . The location was great for everything we needed . This was clean and well maintained as well as having all new appliances. The host was super responsive and kind . The A/C worked well the TV had several streaming services and internet connection had no issues. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone .

Excellent off resort option

The home was great. The home consists of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area. There is a futon in one of the bedrooms. We found the beds to be comfortable. It was quiet and located in a nice neighborhood. There is not a washer and dryer so if you are staying longer than a few days and need to do laundry there is a great laundry mat just around the corner. I believe it was called Ace Coin Laundry. We took Lyft everywhere we went and they had no issues finding the location. The drive to the Disney parks took maybe 10-15 min. We also went to Hollywood, Dana Point and Laguna Beach. I would 100% stay here again.

Amazing Hosts, Wonderful Property

We stayed with Tim for 4 days while we visited family and went to Disneyland. The unit is in a cull-de-sac, has two bedroom and two baths and a semi-private back patio with table/chairs/umbrella and was very quiet. It is about 15 min from Disneyland-approx $15 rideshare. Was a lovely place to stay and Tim was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful LA vacation

Very cute accommodations. Close to Disney, Knotts Berry Farms and LA. Beautiful patio/garden seating. Host on premises for any problems, which fortunately we had none. Would stay again.

Great option for a girls trip

After a slight difficulty locating the house number we had absolutely no problems. It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. we love the bottles of water and the snacks available made available. It is a small bungalow attached to a main house. 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and kitchen - perfect for two women to have their own space. very quiet and close to restaurants and stores with proximity (15 min drive) to Disneyland . i would stay again !
