This spacious house is large and roomy and perfect for your West Texas Vacation! Alpine is the best location to enjoy all that West Texas has to offer. This house is centrally located in the heart of Alpine. From the house you can walk to the main shopping area and to delightful restaurants. The best breakfast in town is just a few blocks away. Of course, from Alpine you can enjoy all that West Texas has to offer, including Big Bend, Marfa, Fort Davis, Marathon and so much more.

Great Alpine getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was in a good safe location and it was clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and fast to respond to any questions we had. The house had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend this house and hope to return soon!

Wonderful Graduation weekend

We enjoyed our stay for our Son's Graduation from SRSU. Our family has had a tough year and thos allowed us to basically have a long sleepover. Lots of room, great kitchen, great location.

Big Bend visit

Relaxing

Loved being able to stay here at this cozy place as it is so beautiful while the sun is out and provides a great spot in the living room and game room for my friends and I to just hang back!

Great location

The house was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with owner was great. House is downtown and walking distance to some good places to eat. If it the area, we will try to get this place again.

We love “our” Alpine house!

We always enjoy our visits to Alpine! The house is so perfect, and we love the screened patio. We wish the front bedroom got as cool as the rest of the house, but understand that it’s on the west side of the house. Looking forward to our next stay! Thanks for everything!

Family Home

Nice House But Needs Updating

The house was nice and worked very well for my family and I. There were five adults and 1 teenager that stayed for four nights. The house was spacious and the air conditioning kept us cool during Alpine's summer heat. We did find that two of the advertised queen size beds were not queen size, they felt more like full size beds. They weren't very sturdy or comfortable. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay.

Sul Ross Rodeo Exes Reunion 2024

We book this house twice a year every year. We have always found it clean, neat, cool and comfortable. We love the screened porch for coffee in the morning. All our information got to us early. We highly recommend staying here.

Great Location

This place is perfect. Easy to walk to town, quiet neighborhood, and all amenities you need. Love sitting outside and watching life go by very slowly. Great place to just relax.

Excellent house with plenty of room

The property was great and in excellent condition. All of the bedrooms were fairly well sized and there was plenty of room in the main rooms as well. The host was courteous in all interactions and both check-in and checkout were straightforward with very reasonable expectations before leaving.

Home base for area visit

Four of us on motorcycles stayed here for three nights as a home base for rides to Big Bend NP and the River Trail. The house is roomy, comfortable and clean, and located right in the center of town. We walked to nearby stores and restaurants, and the covered carport was big enough for four big bikes with room to spare. Highly recommend!

Our home away from home!

We love staying here! From coffee on the “back porch” to gathering in the living room at end of day, the house fits our needs perfectly. Clean, pleasant, great layout, great location.

The home for relaxing!

My husband and I were visiting family in the area. This vacation home is in the heart of Alpine, convenient to everything but still very quite neighborhood! It has everything you need, spacious rooms, screened in porch and wonderful landscaping! My great nephews spent 2 nights with us. They loved the 2nd living area with games. We will definitely rent this property everytime we visit!

Great house and location close to town

We had a great time in Alpine for the Spirits of the West Festival. We were able to walk easily into town. House rules are EASY and simple check out requirements. Would stay here again.

Roomy home in great Alpine location

The house was so spacious with two living rooms, a dining area, an enclosed patio plus the backyard. We liked the location - quick to the main roads or walking distance to Alpine restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again.
