This house is centrally located in the heart of Alpine. From the house you can walk to the main shopping area and to delightful restaurants. The best breakfast in town is just a few blocks away. Of course, from Alpine you can enjoy all that West Texas has to offer, including Big Bend, Marfa, Fort Davis, Marathon and so much more.

This was our second time staying here, and the house looked just as great as it did when we first stayed two years ago. We were a group of six in Alpine for Viva Big Bend and stayed for three nights, and the house was a perfect fit for us.Everything was pristine and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were well appointed, and the large kitchen had plenty of space for our group. The refrigerator looked practically new, and having a full size washer and dryer was another nice convenience. One morning we hosted breakfast for 10 people, and the large dining table accommodated everyone comfortably.The location is also excellent being close enough to walk into downtown Alpine, which was especially convenient during the festival. One person in our group had an EV, and the 30-amp outlet under the carport made charging easy.The backyard is huge and a great place to spend time. On a previous stay, we used the fire pit to roast s’mores, which was a lot of fun.It’s clear the owners take very good care of the property. After two stays, we’ve had consistently great experiences and would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Location

This home is in the perfect location in Alpine. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. I have stayed at this property many times and have never been disappointed. It is a home away from home.

Our home away from home!

We love staying here! From coffee on the “back porch” to gathering in the living room at end of day, the house fits our needs perfectly. Clean, pleasant, great layout, great location.

The house worked perfectly for our stay during Cyclefest. Comfortably housed the 4 of us with a lot of space. Everything was clean and in good shape. It's a great location, just steps from many of Alpine's restaurants. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and communicated clearly and promptly!

Great location!

We had a great time and enjoyed this nice house while visiting my daughter while at college. House was clean and beds were comfortable. We will stay here again next time we go to Alpine.
