Our second stay!

This property met all our needs during our visit to Yuma. We cooked or grilled most of our meals and we had all the kitchen tools that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and quickly took care of the minor issue we encountered with a burned out light bulb and a loose door handle. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay in Yuma

Perfect location for our stay

We needed to be close to hospital and this was very close. Property is dated with some little quirks, but was well maintained.

Great stay

Host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests.. Unit was clean and well equipped with dishes and utensils. Host provided new pots , pans and cutting knives when requested. Very satisfied with our stay.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a wedding and stayed for 4 days. We were surprised at how spacious it was. It’s in a very quiet community with reserved parking just outside the patio. It had everything we needed and was perfect for this quick trip. Michelle was great and let us know she was there if we needed anything. For the price to accommodate my family, it could not be beat. Will definitely book again!

Nice place enjoyed our stay.

Nice place. Kitchen had plenty of apliances. The children enjoyed the "Harry Potter room" under the stairs. Even spent a night there:) Had a scare when didnt hear from property manager regarding check in process till after we got to the property. She did call me and we were able to get things squared away. We also thought the property had two queens and a king but one of the queens looked more like a double. The bed also seamed a little unstable. Overall enjoyed our stay in the quite location. The kids enjoyed the pool.

A couple of suggestions.

We could have used more silverware, especially spoons. A few more hand towels would have been nice also. All in all it was a wonderful quiet home away from home.

Enjoyed our time, lots of room, nice man cave and patio. The bedrooms are nice size and if you like getting up in the morning you can enjoy sitting out on the patio that is outside of the bedrooms.

Loads of space

It is quite a big space. It has a fun pool at the complex that was basically all ours for some reason. It was clean and had everything we needed. The barbecue and the patio was great for dinners. It had two family rooms so that not everyone had to be doing the same thing at the same time. All of the rooms were very spacious and it is quiet. It was overall pretty awesome. Michelle was super easy to deal with, she answered any questions we had and even helped us extend our stay by several days.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. We had an unforeseen plumbing problem but it was fixed right away and didn't interrupt out vacation thanks to the owner who stayed while the plumbers fixed the problem. Very professional.

Bad Neighborhood

While loading luggage on check out day, a thief stole a very expensive laptop from my technicians. The police were less than helpful. As a matter of fact, there was a police car sitting across the street at the time of the theft. This neighborhood must be very bad if thieves are that bold.....Do not stay here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
