Large patio with BBQ grill, gas fire pit and a fenced in heated pool (for additional $25.00 per night fee) with water feature. Quiet residential area. Has a two car garage with ample parking.

This is a perfect house for family celebrations. Lots of room and the heated pool was a win for the kids. I highly recommend this property for your next Yuma stay.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed the relaxing time we had. Some goods friends of ours that stay in Yuma for the winter came out and it was so nice to have the room to sit and visit!

Wedding Trip

Bob and Suzanne were great hosts! Their response to questions or requests were very prompt. They have instructions at the home but always encourage you to reach out if there are any questions. The place was very specious. We traveled with our 4 boys ages 2-14, my mother, my brother and his girlfriend. One thing that we liked that it had everything we needed, like if we were in our own home. There were games for the boys and tvs in every room. The boys even jumped in the pool. They provided the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even washing soap. We did not expect that, we brought our own but had we forgotten something, they had it there. Overall, it has been the best place we've stayed.

Quiet neighborhood

Family tradition

Got together to celebrate my sons Heavenly birthday. Stay was nice and we enjoyed the ping pong table. Kitchen was limited on supplies but we made do. Would stay again.

Great Stay

We have stayed here twice and each time it has been great! Ample space for traveling with 7 people. Plus, the ping pong table and the pool are a nice touch! Bob and Suzann were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous time in this house. Location and the house layout along with the pool and other amenities was fantastic. Highly recommend. The hosts are communicative and very helpful which made the whole process easy.

Great location and size

My family was in town for my brother’s retirement from the USMC, and we really appreciated the convenient location close to base. We had 7 adults and so the 4 bedrooms worked perfectly for us. The pool was even refreshing in the July Yuma heat! Bob and Suzann were very responsive hosts.

Yuma House with Pool

Outstanding vacation in Yuma at a centrally located beautiful home. House was immaculate with a beautiful pool. Grand children enjoyed playing ping pong and swimming to beat the heat. Highest recommendation.

House review

Our stay in the house was fantastic! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and pool toys, while the ping pong table and board games kept them engaged on hot days. We had a great vacation!!

Great family home!

Home is located in a quiet neighborhood and well appointed for a large family. Having access to park in the garage was a bonus in the Arizona heat. The backyard offers a great spot for early morning coffee. Our family of nine had plenty of options for sleeping and privacy. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Easter break holiday!

This house worked great for us. We live in yuma in the winter for 3 1/2 months in a park. We had family coming to visit and our place was to small for all of us. So we looked for a house with a pool and found this one. It had a game room with a ping pong table. 4 bedrooms, large kitchen and dining room. Our family really enjoyed the pool and patio. The hosts were great to work with. It’s a great place to stay.

EXCELLENT STAY

This is our second time to stay here. This property is perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and the grill. We also had fun playing ping pong. We were relatively close to the border with easy access to the interstate. Our only inconvenience was the ice maker did not work, the pool water feature did not work and we had a tiny trash can with no bags. Other than this it was perfect and we will stay here again!

The Place to Stay in Yuma!!

We were a group of 4 adults and if i could give more than 5 stars i would. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house provided everything you would need right down to the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Even detergent was provided for laundry. We paid the extra to have the pool heated and it was well worth it for the cooler evenings. The house is very central to everything in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely be back.
