This bright and spacious condo has an highly desirable 2BR, 2BA split floor plan. The 16th floor views are unobstructed and extraordinary with all windows facing the gulf. The condo is freshly painted and boasts all brand new furniture, including large flats screen televisions in the great room and both bedrooms. The condo comfortably sleeps up to eight, with a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen and full sized bed in the guest room and a queen sized pull out couch in the great room. The kitchen is outfitted with new stainless steel appliances.
Clearwater Beach is a phenomenal destination for all ages and 440 West is a short walking distance from outstanding dining, nightlife, and activities. The beach has powder white sand and stretches for over two miles. It is regularly voted best beach in North America.

Family vacation

Excellent location. Great view. Lots of restaurants and nightlife with live entertainment in walking distance. 5 minute walk to beach. Disappointed pool in complex not available again. Great host !

Wonderful unit

We had an awesome time at the 440 Condos! The appartment was well equipped, spacy and clean. The view from the 16th floor over the gulf was simply amazing. The communication with the owner Jeff was outstanding during our whole stay and Clearwater Beach is a perfect place to visit the beautiful beach by foot and to head out for lots of activities in the region by car. We highly recommend renting from Jeff!

Month vacation

Comfort with a great view

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at the 440 complex. The condo had everything we needed and the view of the ocean and the sunset was .... spectacular! We were so close to everything we needed that we barely used our SUV. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location to the beach and restaurants. No car is needed if you plan to stay in Clearwater beach. Building was very quiet and felt very secure. Incredible views!

LOVED IT!

Loved the spectacular gulf views and sunsets, comfy beds, stylish decor, spaciousness, cleanliness, access to bicycles, heated pool, kitchen amenities, security, and the owner’s prompt communication in resolving any of our issues.

Holiday Stay

Clearwater Beach is one of our favorite places to stay on the Gulf Coast ~ this condo was great to accommodate a large family with all the fun, beach activity, & shopping within walking distance. When the weather does not cooperate, there are places to go such as the aquarium. The travel distance to the Tampa airport is also convenient. Great stay at the beach!

Amazing condo with a breathtaking view

The condo is amazing , the owners are very responsive on all our needs . No matter what your question or concern is they answer in a timely matter . This is our second year coming to these condos and we are one hundred percent sure In our future we won’t be looking anywhere else but here . They have a beautiful condo well equipped with all the basics you would need when going on vacation for a month . This condo has awesome view of the gulf and the beaches and the city . We loved it so much and can’t wait for next year to come so we can come back . We have been home for a few days now and already missing it .

Awsome unit!! Our stay was wonderful!

We loved our vacation on the 16th floor. The sunsets were amazing and when out on the balcony, it felt like we were on a cruise ship looking out at the Gulf of Mexico. All of our children visited with their families and the layout of the unit allowed us each to have privacy in our own wing of the condo. The unit even has two entries so that no one is disturbed when others come in late. We played a lot of shuffleboard when at the pool. The beautiful beach area is just a short walk and the best ice cream was just across the street. The owners were always just a call away. We created such great memories and look forward to returning.

As a family, we have been traveling to Clearwater Beach for 5 years. We keep going back year after year for the breathtaking views, white powder sand beach, amazing shops, restaurants and nightlife. It's a fantastic place to vacation for all ages.

When we walked through the front door of 1602S, we were sold because of the spacious split layout and the Gulf views from all of the windows. The entire condo has been decorated and updated to give it a beachy feel and we are very proud to welcome travelers to our piece of paradise.

Location! Location! Location! There are numerous restaurants withing walking distance of the property. You can choose from casual beach restaurants, to fine dining, to a number of roof top restaurants and bars. If you prefer eating in, there are three outdoor grills and dining areas on the property. You can also dine on your balcony overlooking the gulf. The dolphin sightings are a regular occurrence when sitting and having your morning coffee. It is always a treat.
