Clearwater offers a seemingly endless supply of sun and a mild temperate climate. It is ideally situated on the Gulf of Mexico on Florida’s west coast.

Flat screen TV with HD in every room.

This recently built condo is huge (over 1856 s.f.) and is located on the 6th floor of the beautiful Harborview Grande.

Enjoy the 360 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal waterways.

Have breakfast lunch or dinner on the large balcony and watch the boats go by. The dolphins are optional but we guarantee the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the world!
Also, you will find high-speed wi-fi internet connections throughout the condo.
No Car Needed. Everything is within walking distance. Dining, Pharmacy, Drug Store, Convenience Store, Gas Station, Minigolf, Resorts, Spas, Restaurants, Real Estates offices, etc.
I live in a house 1/2 a mile from this property and I have lived in Milan Italy, Livorno Tuscany, Toronto, Chicago, Montecarlo Principality of Monaco, Salem Indiana,
High Point N.C. and Clearwater Beach.
This beautiful city has been my home for over 30 years. I love it here and I feel blessed every day.
I also own 'Cesare At The Beach', an outstanding Italian restaurant, just 1 block south of the condo.

Carlo the owner is awesome. We had a great time and everything is within walking distance. I enjoyed the hotel beaches across the street rather than further down near the pier.

The description stated across the street from the gulf. However the picture showed a beautiful beach across the street this was not the case. We had an obstructed view of the gulf and had to walk 2 blocks to get to the beach The balcony view was beautiful on the harbor The furniture is very outdated and dark The paint is very dark and not relaxing colors for a beach vacation

Great place/great location! A very spacious condo in a prime location. Everything is within walking distance that you need on a getaway. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed to cook a nice meal if you wanted. Huge, relaxing balcony with chairs and a table to have your morning breakfast or late night drinks. Carlo was extremely accommodating and his Italian restaurant a short walk away was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Great location and great home for our stay! We enjoyed breakfast at the house every morning as the kitchen had everything we needed and made coffee. The house came with a cart to bring our stuff down to the beach and a beach umbrella. Totally unexpected and it was amazing to have it. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Great food options within 5 minutes walk.

Would highly recommend staying at this condo. Spacious, clean, well-equipped kitchen and beautiful lagoon views from the balcony. Location on the southern tip of Gulfview Blvd. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants or there’s a trolley stop right out front.

Overall this property needs the cleaning service to do a better job. You would think they would report the following:The hand towels were not acceptable, stained and smelt bad. There was no dish soap, We used 3 glasses and two forks. Seemed to be a waste to use the dish washer for that little. We did not use the vertical blinds due to the warning notes next to them and they were already messed up. The cord blind in the front bedroom is broken. The living area TV would not turn on via the remote which was taped up. The TV did work by using the manual controls. We were only there for 4 days and didn’t want anyone coming in to repair so we did not complain.Good things, the view up the canal is gorgeous along with the sunrise. The cart for the beach is a nice touch, we didn’t use it but a nice touch.Great restaurants within walking distance. Perhaps the owner will check out his property and make a few changes especially with the towels.

Nice condo, great location. Minimal supplies so take your own shower soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags. Paper plates, condiments etc. Ordered takeout from owners restaurant.. two thumbs up! Enjoyed our stay.

Great location with easy access to restaurants and beach. Loved the balcony that allowed me to enjoy the sunrise and watch the dolphins in the morning. Having two parking spots was a real bonus. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends,

Great location—beach about 3 blocks to the right. Overlooking inlet from balcony. Great sunrise views. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Loved the 3 bedrooms. Walk in shower in master was phenomenal! Kitchen well stocked. The host even supplied Tide pods! I misunderstood when it said towels provided and did not bring beach towels from home. So be sure to bring those. If you forget no big deal—great beach store across from beach. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance too. Highly recommended! I’d stay again.

Perfect location, we could walk everywhere. Views were beautiful! The unit was clean & comfortably fit 6 adults. The host was very quick to respond & answer any questions! Highly recommend!!

We stayed at this condo for 5 days and it was a wonderful home base while we were on vacation. Our 3 kids loved swimming in the pool and walking to the beach. We had what we needed to cook family meals and the balcony was phenomenal. Many days we looked out and saw dolphins right below us. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and in working order. Host was communicative and helpful. Highly recommend for families!

We loved this place from start to finish and would definitely return! Location is an easy walk to the beach or any of the many restaurants and bars! The condo itself was clean and sunrise view is spectacular!
