Gorgeous views, well appointed furnishings and craftsmanship with spacious rooms. The property respects it's history inside and out with a unique fabulous backyard garden, large deck & hot tub to enjoy the ocean view. Loved being able to walk the trail to the beach for a morning of Sea Kayaking. Awesome place. Hope to stay here again for a longer visit. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was quiet although we could not find the binder mentioned with all of the directions but that was okay. We did some wonderful hikes which is important to both of us. The entrance was a little hard to find after dark one night but it was worth it.

This property was the perfect location, we felt welcome to be there- a birthday signAND included our dog Bruce in our welcome. Dog supplies and a perfect enclosed yard. We even met some neighbors who were equally as welcoming. Less than a minute to get to walk around beautiful redwoods and the beach path was easily accessible to catch the sunset.We even caught some whales. Highly recommend this property 🙌🏼!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The fenced garden with paths through a cutting garden was perfect for walking the dog in the morning and night...safe. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need. We had trouble getting the TV to work and had a technician come help us figure it out. Hopefully, they will have printed instructions available for the next guests. We will definitely come back!!!!

Lots of space, very clean and comfortable. Close to Mendocino and easy access to exploring the area. Would stay again.

Wonderfully comfortable and clean. We absolutely reveled in the views and the garden. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen. The house and deck are great for relaxing together and the location is superb. We hope we can come back and stay here again.

Great house

The house is in great condition and in a wonderful location. The view and the gardens in the back were beautiful, loads of hummingbirds. A great retreat.

Absolutely perfect!!!

My partner, mother and I had the most phenomenal stay at this gem of a house!! The location is amazing - just a 5 minute drive from downtown Mendocino and steps from the beach! The house is so cozy and spacious. We loved sitting on the deck and in the living room drinking coffee, both areas providing an idyllic view of the ocean. What a fantastic house for a group vacation! We hope to be back!!!
