Dining Room / Kitchen: Adjacent from the living room you'll see both the dining room and kitchen! The dining room table seats eight comfortably with a breakfast bar separating the dining room and kitchen! This kitchen has everything you could need and more! Whether you're cooking up a storm for the crew on the 6-eye gas stovetop or baking your favorite dessert in the oven, this fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream. Be sure you'll have everything you need including, a large sink, dishwasher, microwave, and all the appliances, including: a crock pot, blender, coffee maker, and more! Outside on the lower deck you will find an 6-person jetted hot tub that looks over the Blue River. A sensationally relaxing experience!
Second Bedroom & Bathroom: The downstairs area also has the first bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite private bathroom!

Third Bedroom & Bathroom (Shared): Head up the stairs and hang right into the second bedroom, with a queen-size bed, dressers, and a full-size closet. This bedroom shares a full-size bathroom with the third bedroom. Extra towels and linens can be found in the bathroom closet!
Fourth Bedroom & Bathroom (Shared): The third bedroom features two twin size beds, a dresser, and a closet. This room shares a full-size bathroom with the second bedroom.
Primary Bedroom & Bathroom: The master bedroom is set luxuriously with a king-size bed, private balcony, additional seating, and a full-size closet. The master suite has a private bathroom stocked with double sinks, vaulted ceilings, and a walk in shower.

In the summer and fall, time is well spent on the roomy sunny wraparound deck outfitted with shade umbrellas, lounger chairs for napping and reading, a top-of-the-line Weber gas grill and pebble centerpiece fireplace.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
