It’s less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — and it’s strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breck’s historic Main Street. Throw in pool/hot tub access, and your group will thank you for finding it!
Trails End Skyview Penthouse Condo is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom penthouse condo that’s perfect for groups of up to 8. In the living area, there’s a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and share stories about the day’s Rocky Mountain adventures. You can also step out on the private balcony to fully take in the mountain views. The kitchen feature granite counters and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from snacks to holiday meals. There’s room for 10 at the dining table plus four more at the counter.
You’ll also enjoy the shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tubs, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And like all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Great location with perfect for a large group. We had 4 couples and everyone got their own room and no one had to share a bathroom which was great!The rooms themselves were a little small, and the heaters in the rooms on the first floor were quite noisy, but other than those two minor things we really enjoyed our stay!The amenities were great, the building had just redone the outdoor hot tub and sauna which we took advantage of!

Location is perfect and walking distance to main street. Afew hiccups dueing our stay outside of rental's control (lobby construction, multiple power outages) but office was alwaya very responsive to help make our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Love the location!
Very nice place to stay and the location is great! Convenient to skiing as well as restaurants and shopping. Great communication - any questions we had we answered very promptly.

Great property, great location!
We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was close to Main Street, which made it great to go grab dinner & drinks. The check out process was easy and communication with the property manager was very timely. We highly recommend!

Great location
Loved the location. Property could use some updating (popcorn ceilings, etc), but would stay again just due to convenience to the lifts!

February 2024 Breckinridge Visit
We loved the convenience to the trails and to the beautiful town of Breckinridge. Very nice, spacious ski on/ski off condo. Plenty of room for two families.

Wonderful time over the holidays
It was the perfect place for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. So many bathrooms that made the space ample and not feel cramped we enjoyed the large dining room. The location was so convenient to everything. Highly recommend this property.

Great place for a large group.
Friends and family all enjoyed this property. One of the few we have stayed at that has a table that seats 10. Apple TV was easy to access. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Bedrooms and bed were very comfortable.

Great location, just walk out the back door of the condo building and you are at quick sliver lift .Short walk to Breck Village and town. Early parking in the lot and garage .We had 8 people in are party and there was plenty of room in the unit. Kitchen is a galley style so only 2 people can work it in at one time. The water pressure in master bath room was lower than others and the master bed room mattress was soft or just needs an update. The management company gave clear instructions about the unit and how too use the unit.
