Great casual vacation home with beautiful kitchen and master bath. Great outdoor pool area and tennis courts. Good location for touring the Hamptons.

Great property!

Our family had an incredible time at this property. The pool and tennis court were in great shape and we were able to walk to the beach in a nature refuge. Host was very friendly and responsive. Amazing vacation!

The host was great very responsive and nice. The house was perfect for our needs great property. The outdoor shower was great definitely a plus thank you Samantha and Mark for letting us use your home.

The house was perfect for our family stay. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and tennis court. The driveway is a bit tricky to see, especially after dark

The house is absolutely gorgeous and the host thought of everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well equipped & you can prepare anything & everything inside or outside on the grill. The bathrooms are very luxurious and the lower level is huge & very private: we played often with the PAC man arcade game. The pool & hot tub were so much fun and we also loved the tennis/pickle ball court. Our favorite way to end a fun day was to have a sing a long around the fire pit. The house is near a farm stand, restaurants, and a nature preserve that opens onto a small beach. Bigger beaches are a short drive. Sag Harbor town is lovely. We will be back!

Lisa and her family were absolutely wonderful guests! They took excellent care of our home and left everything in beautiful condition. Communication was easy and pleasant throughout their stay, and they were always very responsive whenever needed. It was a pleasure hosting Lisa and her family, and I would highly recommend them to any other host. I would gladly welcome them back anytime!

Perfect Getaway with Pool and Tennis Court

We had a great stay at this rental home! The pool was a perfect spot to unwind, while the tennis court provided fun for everyone. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings made it a true retreat, yet we were still close to local attractions. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Lovely stay over July 4th weekend

This house was great! Nestled in quiet Noyack, it’s a short drive to Sag Harbor and Southampton. My boys had plenty to do between the pool, basketball court, tennis court, and pac man arcade in the basement. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. Communication was also fast. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful 3 week stay. Very convenient Noyack location. Outside area very nice - there is a lovely pool with enough shade to make it comfortable even on very hot days and the area around the pool has everything you can need including dining table, lounge chairs, hammock, fire pit, out door shower, sauna, hot tub and private tennis court. House in great condition - spacious basement perfect for kids to hang out in - big sofa, tv and separate bedroom and bathroom. All bedrooms very comfortable. Kitchen nice with excellent appliances. Host was extremely responsive; there were only a few times we needed to reach out to her but each time we did her response was swift and helpful. Overall a great stay - would happily recommend.
