We had an incredible time staying at Ray’s for my cousin’s wedding weekend! The home was very clean with beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Ray was exceptionally responsive and communicative through the whole process, answering all of our questions - checking in and out was completely seamless. We had so much fun getting ready for wedding events and swimming at night! 10/10 recommended to anyone looking for a great home for a Sag Harbor visit!

Absolutely beautiful home in a fantastic location walkable to the beach, marina and town of Sag Harbor. We stayed with another family and our adult children and their friends who came out from the city for the long weekend. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the Labor Day holiday. Perfect spot to catch up with family and friends and would not hesitate to rent this home again. Pete

The best house! 10 minute walk to Sag Harbor Village and 10 minute walk to a sandy bay beach. We stayed with our family of 5, including 3 young children. The backyard and pool area is awesome. 10/10!

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The house was spotless when we arrived you could tell how much care goes into keeping it clean and welcoming. Everything throughout our stay went so smoothly, which made for such a relaxing weekend. Ray was an incredible host and truly made us feel right at home. He was friendly, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. Knowing he was just a phone call away gave us so much peace of mind, and he was so responsive and helpful every step of the way. You can tell Ray genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have the best experience possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay!!! I would recommend this home to anyone without hesitation and would absolutely stay here again.

Ray makes your stay as easy and seamless as possible! Prior to arrival he sent all the necessary instructions and even videos about the house. Throughout the stay he ensured our needs were met and that our crew was having a great time. The location was perfect! Super easy walk into town, which we did every day. Beds extremely comfortable, along with pillows and sheets, and plenty of towels for the pool. 2 sets of washers/dryers was great for our crew and I've never had an easier check-out process either. As others pointed out in their reviews, there is one bedrooms downstairs with no door and the 2 upstairs that are pocket door separated (great If kids are in both rooms).Looking forward to returning!

Ray’s place is brand new, renovated with high quality materials and design, and it was the perfect setting for a girls trip for 12 people. The pool, yard, and theatre rooms are bonuses on an already great home. The location, walking distance to town, is the cherry on top! Ray is extremely communicative via text, sending videos in advance of the house’s features, and was quick to reply to any questions. My only note is one of the queen beds in the basement is not enclosed in a bedroom- something to keep in mind! I would highly recommend and certainly return again!

Without question, 5 stars (and more) across the board here! We have such wonderful things to say about this property! My entire family (husband, 2 daughters, parents, brother, sister-in-law, and nephew) was beyond impressed with how spotless the entire house is! Ray, the owner and host, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable and even accommodated an early check-in. It is very obvious that Ray has thoughtfully curated every detail and aspect of this charming, beautiful home to make it modern, stylish, elevated and so wonderfully comfortable. We all loved being together in the sunny, gorgeous great room overlooking the backyard and pool. The kids loved the perfectly heated pool and ping pong table. All of the beds were amazingly comfortable and the heated Toto toilets were also a huge family favorite! Ray's generosity, warm heart, and attention to detail are well captured in this home. The proximity to town and Havens Beach was perfect - we all loved walking to Main Street every day. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you, Ray, for such a happy, memorable time for our family in your beautiful home!

One of the best stays we have ever had in Sag Harbor. Our friend and family group have spent Labor Day in Sag Harbor for over ten years. The home is gorgeous and upscale and the pool, cabana and backyard are top notch. Ray was extremely responsive and hospitable. We would love to come back and stay even longer.

Ray and his team were so hospitable and took such good care of us. The house is super family friendly, and they fenced off the pool for us and had a high chair and lots of pool toys for our little one. The beds are so comfortable, the towels are luxurious, and the property is spotless. The construction is high quality and the open layout of the kitchen / living room area to the backyard makes it such an Inviting place to spend time away from home. Will be back again next year!

Wonderful Sag Harbor retreat!

We spent an awesome week at Ray’s house. The pictures were completely accurate and it was so easy to communicate with Ray (and his helpful assistant). Super comfortable beds and great linens. We were traveling with 3 young kids and he went above and beyond - put up a fence around the pool, had a travel crib, high chair and some silicone plates/cups. The location was great. An easy walk to town and the bay beach. Makes a huge difference during high season with all the traffic. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, lot's to do

Ray offered to get us into the house before the actual check in time. The house is fully equipped and in the best location. We were 2 families travelling with adult children, everyone is very active - this house has so much to offer, the pool, ping pong table, work out space, and so much more. We did not rent a car but we were able to walk into town every day and Sag Harbor is the cutest little town. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Thank you Ray!

Raymond knocked it out of the park!!

Our short trip to sag harbor was planned very last minute. Raymond was more the than happy to accommodate and left us a really nice goody bag to boot !! The house was newly renovated with all the expected amenities. Lots of sleeping quarters yet felt cozy. From the pool and pool house, the outdoor kitchen, “driving range” and gym there was something for everyone !! Raymond was a gracious host!

A Perfect Stay from Start to Finish – A True 5-Star Experience

From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, Ray went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed—even extra cleaning supplies when we asked. Traveling with a large family can be stressful, but Ray helped take that stress off our shoulders completely.The house itself is absolutely stunning. The kitchen was beautifully designed and fully equipped with high-end appliances, making it easy to cook for a big group. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool—it quickly became their favorite spot. I personally fell in love with the serene “secret garden” area, which had its own private entrance and felt like a hidden oasis.There is so much to do nearby! Ray and I enjoyed celebratory drinks and meals at some amazing local restaurants like Murph’s and Lulu Kitchen. The area is full of charm, great food, and fun—there was never a dull moment.A huge thank you also goes out to Ray’s assistants, Mitzy and Livia, who were just a call or text away whenever we needed anything. They were helpful, friendly, and made sure all the small details were handled.Overall, this was a beautiful, comfortable, and unforgettable stay. I highly recommend booking with Ray—you’ll be in great hands. Can’t wait to return!

The listing and photos were very accurate. Location of this house is a short easy walk to town of Sag Harbor and the beach which was a huge benefit. Owner and manager were extremely helpful from before check in and throughout the stay. Cooking supplies, extra linens, and other necessities and amenities were readily available in the house. Great house for my family vacation stay which included 4 couples and one grandchild. Would definitely stay there again!

Adorable house on the cutest, quietest street in Sag Harbor!

This place is an absolute gem. Four big bedrooms, a brand new kitchen and washer/dryer, lovely renovated interior, and huge fluffy towels in excess! A huge backyard with plenty of toys for little ones and a big patio table and chairs to enjoy amazing grilled dinners from the new gas BBQ grill was a huge plus. Also lots of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella available for use! The owner was extremely communicative, thoughtful, and an excellent host. This house is on a QUIET street in busy Sag Harbor, which gets plenty of traffic and not every street is so peaceful. This is a Hamptons GEM with a wonderful host to boot! Also- outdoor shower- my personal must-have at the beach, was fabulous with super hot water and good pressure. Lots of creature comforts at this house!

Great location great owner big backyard clean and cozy

Was so fun and easy the landlord is fantastic and helpful two blocks from the beach and you can walk to sag harbor And the most comfortable mattresses ever . Brand new as we’re the towels and sheets
