The home is wonderful, the property owner, Brenda is a delightful person, and its location and energy is very special. I would definitely consider leasing this home again in the future.

A lovely house on a quiet street. We rented for easy access to the stadium, and it also has great access to town and the rest of campus. Parking was not a problem either. The house is spacious with many areas to spend time together or separate areas if needed. The house is clean, showers are great, beds are comfortable, and has fully stocked kitchen as if it were my own home. The host even supplied wood for the firepit - we didn’t hesitate to make s’mores at night. Brenda is a fantastic host, quick to respond to messages and make the stay as comfortable as possible.

We have stayed in many short term rentals and Brenda's house is by far the best we have ever stayed in. HIGHLY recommended! Thank you Brenda for a fabulous football weekend with my family.

Fabulous home away from home…

House is clean, tastefully decorated and very well stocked!! Great location to walk to all things Ann Arbor/U Mich in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

The house was lovely and very well equipped. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there for us. It housed our family of 6 easily for our youngest son’s graduation and our graduation lunch for 3 families was easily accommodated. And it is a short walk from the Big House so no dealing with traffic and parking! Thank you Brenda!

Great game day house for a group

Terrific location and venue. We are 5 old college roommates and this place was perfect. Great owner.

What a delight it was to host these "old" UM graduates! I appreciate their appreciation of my place! I was able to set up five private bedrooms for this group, still providing big kitchen, and other comfortable common rooms and outdoor spaces for their reunion.

Great house, host and location

We rented the house for our daughter’s graduation and had 7 of us stay. Super clean and comfortable for all of us. Highly recommend this house!

Great weekend in Ann Arbor!

We found the house to be as advertised and per the pictures on VRBO. It was perfect for our group and the owner/host Brenda could not have been nicer! She was very accessible and went out of her way to help us. Definitely recommend!

John's group of fathers and sons came to Ann Arbor for the big Texas against Michigan match. John was a joy to work with, communicating helpfully with me, and, I could tell, providing his group an exciting adventure here!

Excellent!

We had a wonderful time staying here for our 25-year reunion. The property is located perfectly, walking distance to the stadium, downtown and campus area. The house was clean, comfortable, well -appointed and the host went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We stayed with 7 people and were perfectly comfortable

Excellent Experience!

This was our second stay at this property, and it was once again perfect! Excellent location near downtown A2 and the stadium. The house is extremely clean, comfortable and very well furnished. And can't say enough about the property owner who go above and beyond to ensure that stay is a 10 out of 10. All of her attention to detail is very much appreciated! Looking forward to our next trip back to Ann Arbor and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay for Graduation Weekend

First, Brenda is a great host. She left staple items for us like eggs and seltzers and coffee so we didn't have to run out after a long drive. Her communication was excellent! The house itself is very charming but the rooms and decor etc. are all upgraded. Our family members kept commenting on what a great house it was. We comfortably slept 9 and had room in the kitchen and dining area to relax. Lastly, it is a great location - easy walking distance to the stadium and to the downtown AA area - it would be great for a football weekend.

Perfect stay on a perfect weekend

Brenda’s lovely home was just as lovely as we hoped and the perfect place for our family stay in Ann Arbor. The home was so perfect and inviting we spent more time at the house enjoying the great kitchen, cozy living room, comfy bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms than we expected. It truly was the perfect place to stay for our perfect weekend. Brenda made staying there so easy with great instructions and was easily accessible. Thank you for everything Brenda!
