The Cotton Cottage - 1 BR guest apartment 7 minutes from the Ole Miss campus

Come stay at the Cotton Cottage and feel like you're away from it all but only minutes from town! The 1 BR apartment is complete with a roomy living space open to the kitchen and dining area. This cozy rustic getaway features views from the deck of large cotton fields which are in full bloom during the fall season!
The bedroom has a comfy queen bed. The sectional sofa is also available for extra sleep space plus a twin bed is available upon request. Bathroom has shower/tub combo, plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
There is a full kitchen with microwave and mini fridge, Keurig and some complimentary K-cups and waters!
The apartment has Roku and WIFI.
Owners live in a detached house and are available for questions and requests. Guests are allowed to use the fire pit in the back yard and the grill on the deck.

Cotton cottage is our favorite

We have stayed here several times now and we love our stay every time. Very clean, quiet and super friendly host.

Everything was great about our stay, except Kentucky beating Ole Miss. Brad/Emily have a nice, cozy, quiet cottage tucked in the country, yet still within minutes of Ole Miss. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you.

The Cotton Cottage is a beautiful place to stay right near Oxford. You are about a 5 minute drive from Jackson Ave and a little further to the University. The hosts were so lovely and friendly. We will be back for sure!

Perfect Stay!

We really enjoyed our time at this cottage! Great proximity to campus sporting venues and the square! The cottage was extremely clean and had everything we needed! The description of the property was spot on and the communication with the owners was great! 5 out of 5 stars all around!!

Location is great. Only about 10 minutes from campus and very easy to navigate. Brad and Emily were excellent hosts. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Ole Miss. Hotty Toddy!

Cute Country Cottage

Very pleased with our stay and plan to return. The pictures are exactly what you get, check in was easy, the space was comfortable and the owners were pleasant to work with. The location was also perfect for visiting our Ole Miss student.

The owners of the property were very nice and helpful with anything that we may have needed. The room was so cute and clean! We were only there for the weekend, but it was a nice stay. Hope to be back soon!

Short stay for wedding in Oxford

Great location close to Ole Miss and the square. Easy in and out just off the highway. Hosts were gracious and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again in the future if in the area.

Cotton cottage was wonderful

This is a really cozy property and very close to Ole Miss campus . It was the perfect spot when visiting ole miss. Close enough to campus but quiet of country. The decor is adorable . We were able to make breakfast and dinner easily. Fridge is a good size for small assortment of perishables. It rained our entire stay and I bet the property is beautiful on a sunny day. The rain was soothing though and we were able to enjoy on covered balcony. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful!!!!!

Emily & Brad were fantastic. We loved their cozy space. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Their place is about a 10 min drive to campus/downtown Oxford and easy to get back and forth. We will stay again for sure....hoping our son chooses Ole Miss! What an amazing campus.

Great stay close to Oxford

Made a last minute trip to visit my daughter at Ole Miss for the weekend. This was the perfect place. Hosts were great and the made sure I had everything I needed. I will be back.

Comfy farm life!

This was a perfect place to cook and hang out with my son that’s a new freshman. It was a perfect, comfy spot close to campus and beautiful scenery. The owners was super helpful and welcoming! Will absolutely stay here again!
