The Driftwood is the newest luxury cabin in Lakewood Estates and was designed with an emphasis on bringing guests close to nature while providing all the warmth and comforts of a traditional cabin. This spacious 2 bedroom cabin features 1,000 square feet of outdoor living space complete with hot tub and 3 intimate fire place sitting areas.

The master bedroom on the second story overlooks the tree tops with its own private balcony equipped with a gas fireplace and plush seating area. The master is outfitted with a king size Sealy Posturepedic pillow top mattress, high end linens, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and 40 in LED TV. Next to the master you'll find a cozy, yet large, loft equipped to sleep 4 with a king size sleeper sofa, custom day bed, twin sleeper love seat, and 55 in LED TV w/ DVD player. The loft features one of the best views in the house as it overlooks a 2 story wall of windows with the beautiful backdrop of the dense Quachita National Forest.

On the first floor you'll find the living area, kitchen and the guest bedroom equipped with same king size bed, high end linens, and 40 inch LED TV as the master. The guest bedroom has its own outdoor seating area and private access from the bedroom to the 1,000 sq. ft. deck. Just outside the guest bedroom is a full bath equipped with granite counter, shower and tub combo with tiled walls and a large privacy window perfect for taking showers in the morning sun. The living room features a two story wall of windows, gas fireplace with sitting ledge, premium leather furniture, and a 50 inch LED TV with DVD player. Adjoined to the living room is a high end kitchen featuring a center island with seating for three, overhead ventilation hood, stainless steel appliances, beautiful handmade cabinets and granite counter tops.

Going outside you'll not be disappointed! The Driftwood has a large covered patio area with a 6 person hot tub, large rock faced wood burning fireplace, and beautiful hand crafted furniture constructed from 8 inch cedar timber beams seating at least 5. In the open area of the uncovered deck you'll find an outdoor dining table seating 6 perfect for outdoor family meals. There's also a stainless steel gas powered grill for grilling outdoors. The driveway features a circle drive wide enough to pull a boat through.

Other amenities include a tank-less water heater which means you'll never run out of hot water, walls insulated with 8 inches of solid foam - you'll stay cool in summer and cozy in the winter, cable TV provided by direct TV, and wireless internet. Cabin is pet friendly with a fenced in dog pin accessible from the deck. Limit of two dogs 20 lbs. or less. Please note; no puppies, dogs must be kenneled when not supervised and house broken, and owners must bring kennels. Pets must be approved.

Minimum Renter Age: 21

Cedar Creek golf course is a wonderful state 18-hole course with views of Broken Bow Lake. And, Beavers Bend State Park is a wonderful park for a family outing of hiking, paddle boats, mini golf, and kayaking.

Canoe along the beautiful Mountain Fork River with rolling rapids west of Broken Bow about 20 minutes from the cabin.

Wine lovers can enjoy wine tasting and even bottling their own wine at the local Girls Gone Wine.

And, each restaurant near Lakewood Estates features excellent dining both indoors and outdoors with weekend entertainment.

Your entire family will surely enjoy the beautiful surroundings of southeast Oklahoma at The Driftwood Cabin.

The entire place is accessible plus 1,000 sq ft of outdoor living. 2 outdoor fireplaces (wood burning and gas), fire pit, 6 person hot tub, dining table, and high end patio furniture.

The cabin is wooded and secluded, but close to area attractions.

We are pet-friendly, but require a $75 per pet, pet fee - limit 2 and pets must be under 75lbs.

HOT TUB
1) Hot Tubs are drained and cleaned prior to each arrival and chemicals are added.
2) These cups of chlorine are provided for each night of your stay after the first night. Just empty into the tub and turn on the jets for a couple of minutes to circulate before you get in.
3) Please check the hot tub upon arrival and report any problems you may see.
4) The ONLY buttons you need to push are the Jets and possibly the lights button.
5) DO NOT put any bubbles, oils, etc in the hot tub.

Rental Agreement
Check in time is from 3-7pm . After 7pm phones are not on to help assist guest .
Indoor propane fireplaces are only operational through Oct - Jan every calendar year . Pilots lights on inside will be on during that time. There is no guarantee outside fireplace propane light will be on due to winds in the area . On inside some fireplaces have a push button or a timer located near fireplaces . On those to turn on you would push the 30/60/90 button to turn on. Timer you turn . If property has neither then on the bottom where fireplace is sitting you will see a black push knob . To turn on you would gently push knob in and turn to ON . To turn off you would turn it back to PILOT ( DO NOT TURN KNOW TO OFF OR YOU WILL TURN PILOT OFF ) ! LBBC is not liable for fireplaces not operating or will give refunds due not operating ! We will try but cannot guarantee to be able to get someone out to assist . All properties do have a out door firepit But LBBC does not provide wood . Cabins are in the natural forest any deadwood that guest can find that will fit in the out side firepit can burn. Area does sell firewood .No firewood is allowed to burn in the inside and outside fireplaces ! If guest do guest will have to pay to replace and ramify any damage to the property . There are no fireplaces on the propane fireplace cabins and would have smoke damage .
Keeping your cabin tidy during your stay will be your responsibility. You will also be responsible for leaving the cabin in good condition when you leave. Remember, these are privately owned cabins. Please treat them as you would want guests to treat your home.
Age Requirement:
All LBBC cabins are limited to families, couples, or adults 21 years of age or older. You must be at least 21 years of age to reserve a cabin with BBLC. We will not rent to students or singles under 21 years of age, or unchaperoned groups. Upon check-in, we reserve the right to refuse service with monies forfeited if any discrepancies in our policies are suspected. Exceptions are made for couples, i.e., honeymoon, anniversary, etc. Please call our office to reserve couple cabins if you are under our age requirement.
Minimum Stays:
A two-night minimum stay is required on all reservations. A three-night minimum stay is required during holidays that are established by LBBC
Rates/Occupancy:
The rates listed on the website are based on the number of people that the cabin sleeps comfortably. A $15 per person, per night charge MAY be added for up to two additional people with permission. This includes children. All guests must be registered.
ACTS OF GOD
Property management company or owners of the company are not responsible for any power or internet outages that are related to weather or due to area outages. Also if anything goes down on the property on maintenance we will do everything we can to get it fixed based on available technicians.
Property managers and owners are not held responsible and no refunds will be given .
Sale of Unit:
Managed property(s) may be listed for sale. The transfer and sale of a managed property does not guarantee that the new owner/owners will be obligated to honor your scheduled vacation dates. Guests understand that if the selected vacation property sales prior to scheduled arrival date, LBBC will make effort to reschedule your vacation stay. If LBBC is not able to reschedule the stay, guest will be entitled to a full refund of any payments collected.
Driving Directions:
Detailed driving directions will be included in your Pre-Stay message through your booking and will also be available in the guest portal. Please screenshot/print these before departing on your vacation. 911 has mapped the area but GPS is not reliable for the addresses of the cabins. Cellular service is not always reliable to access data once you are in the area. TRUST US! PRINT or SCREEENSHOT your directions!
Check In/Out Times:
Check in is anytime after 3:00 P.M.. Check out is 11:00 A.M. An additional charge may be processed on your credit card for every hour past the stated 11:00 A.M. check out time. EARLY CHECK INS ARE NEVER GUARANTEED.
Check In Procedures:
Prior to your arrival, an message through your booking will be sent which will provide detailed driving directions and a key code that you can use to unlock the cabin door. Please consult the cabin manual prior to calling. Wifi, satellite, and hot tub instructions are all provided in the cabin manual. Please notify us immediately upon discovery of missing/damaged items.
Check out Procedures:
Please do not leave trash in your cabin, and remove all food from the refrigerator.
