Modern luxury 1BR/ 1 1/2 BA condo in the heart of Miraflores near restaurants, shopping malls, Indian market, Kennedy park and walking distance to the beach. It is in a private community secured 24 hours by cameras and guards. You can also enjoy 2 pools including the panoramic sky view heated pool on top floor, the gym & recreational areas incl the outdoor grill or pool table. The apt is fully furnished and you will fall in love with my place and with the best co-hosts in the word "my parents"
This is a corner unit w a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The unit is very spacious & fully furnished with all kitchen and electric appliances, such as waffle maker, sandwich maker, teapot, blender, coffee maker, wine opener, pans, pots, plates, glasses and silverware, washer, dryer, etc. There is a dining room table and Netflix in the living room TV. The condo also has a gym, recreational area with grill and 2 pools including one on the rooftop. (Free access to pool and gym, BBQ area is available but needs to be separately reserved)
Note that this is a 1BR place and sleeps comfortably 2 people, but if needed there is extra space for a guest to sleep in the living room sofa. It is a comfortable sofa but not a sofa bed

This property is in one of the best locations in town in the heart of Miraflores and has the quality and amenities of a 5 star hotel. So close to restaurants, the main park in Miraflores, and the ocean. It also has a beautiful view of the city
