Apartment in Heart of Miraflores

Very convenient location, walking distance to Larcomar, shopping areas and restaurants. Quiet street, building has porter 24 hrs. and is very secure. Overall the apartment is very comfortable, lots of windows and natural light, we were very pleased with our stay

Furniture

Plastic dining room chairs were uncomfortable. We had to ask for a coffee table and the owner sent a 14” square glass table. There was a problem with the gas tank regulator for the water heating which caused to be without hot water for two days. The toilet seat was very loose and had ugly spots on it. The apt. had no heater and the temp hovered around 64 degrees the whole month. There was no wine opener, or pot holders, and only three wine glasses. Bathroom mat was very dirty so was the bathroom and top of the fridge. The blender was dirty. Large crack around the sink, we send a pic to the owner. There are several more problems with this place that we will be listing separately

Perfect Miraflores apartment

The apartment is flooded with light. There's are several convenient little groceries nearby and a big Vivanda supermarket not far. The apartment is on a very pretty street, 1/5 of a mile from the Malecon de la Reserva and Larcomar shopping center. It is well worth knowing that the apartment is blessedly quiet. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The building has doormen 24 hours a day. This is a very safe neighborhood

Great Location in Miraflores

The condo was in a perfect location and we felt safe. Checkin process was easy and communications with Host was great. When we return we will book here again.
