Gorgeous views of the Bay. Two balconies and cozy, clean and spacious two bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably. One queen pillow top bed. Twin bunk beds. One sleeper sofa and one full size sleeper option in common area for sleeping as well. If you choose to use this option you can sleep up to 8. 1 full
Spacious bathroom includes tub and shower.
Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony that overlooks the boat basin/marina with a side view of the bay. You can also enjoy wine or coffee on this balcony while sitting at the bistro table and chairs. Dining options include Angelos world famous seafood and nearby tropical trader local shrimping family. Enjoy an evening stroll to either of these wonderful lunch or dinner options. Several boat slips within a mile. The clear and refreshing pool is also very family friendly. Laundry facility located on property. Basket ball and tennis courts are also located on property. Kitchen amenities include bar with two stools and a dining table with three chairs. Ice cold fridge with ice maker. Public fishing pier is less than one mile. Beaches are 1 mile. Bald point and Alligator Point Beach 3.6 miles. St George Island 47 miles. Shopping in historic Apalachicola Oyster Capitol of Florida 44 miles. Local fish charters are endless. Nice location. Close to great seafood restaurants. Place was neat and clean. Condo appears to be partially renovated, some parts still appear a bit dated. Great host - we had one question about check in and she responded immediately. We will be back.

Unfortunately, this review is inaccurate. You did not follow house rules. You did not treat the home with respect. You broke house rules and removed the tv component from the living room, and it is nowhere to be found.

Christmas on the Bay!

We loved spending Christmas there! We had a great view of the Marina and Bay! We especially enjoyed visiting the area parks and nearby towns!
