Welcome to our recently remodeled townhouse in Gulfport, Mississippi, where you'll experience outstanding hospitality from our experienced SUPERHOSTS!

Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located just one block away from the beach and offers a large, enclosed private patio deck with a fenced yard, BBQ grill, and table and chairs. Our fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and for your convenience, there's a stacked washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the first bedroom sleeps 4-6 comfortably with two bunk beds, a 28-inch flat-screen Smart TV, a large closet, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom features a KING size bed, a 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private full bathroom. The third bedroom downstairs includes a QUEEN bed, a 32-inch flat-screen Smart TV, and a doorway leading to the patio deck.

Our Smart TVs offer access to your personal Netflix and Hulu accounts, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. We also provide beach essentials such as chairs and a beach wagon, along with other amenities.

Unlike other rentals in the complex, we are situated away from the noisy train tracks. Our gated community has a shared outdoor swimming pool, and we have several identical townhouses available for large family gatherings.

The property was really nice!

The property was perfect for our Labor Day stay. The house had everything we needed and was in the perfect location-just a short walk to the beach and very close to the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

The gated community was nice and the unit we stayed in for our needs perfectly. It felt very comfortable and had all the amenities you would need to enjoy home away from home. The host kept in communication to ensure we were comfortable.

Amazing place!!

The house was amazing!! Very clean and adorable, and the beds are really comfortable. It’s a just a short walk to the beach, and right next to the pool, which was perfect!! Kim was very accommodating and welcoming. Loved it!!!

Perfectly Located Beach House

Cute property with great, shaded deck out back--great for dining and playing games. Five minute walk to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, wagon were provided). Right by community pool.

Great location for us - just a few minutes from the AirForce base. Plenty of room for our family- communication with owner was wonderful!!! Our only issue was the condo could have been cleaned just a little bit better

Great place to stay

It was beautiful. House is as described. We had plenty of room. The location was perfect. It’s close to the beach and within distance of local stores. The umbrellas came in handy at the beach. Supplies furnished for the home as mentioned. I would rent again. Family wished that we stayed longer.

Clean, Friendly, Accessible and exactly as describ

This is the first VBRO that we have stayed in that the rental was exactly as described. More impressive is that everything was in working order and the condo was in great condition. Kim, the owner, is amazing! She is friendly, responds quickly and is extremely helpful with any needs. If we return to Gulfport, MS we will definitely be staying in one of Kim's condos.

Making life long memories with our family

We thoroughly enjoyed being able to come back to our "home away from home" each evening after a day of fun at the beach. It is a lovely place with all the conveniences of home. Gulfport is an awesome place to stay. It is a quieter, more relaxed area for a family. Just a short drive to the museums, arcades and of course the go-karts. For the adults, a short drive to the casinos. We will definitely go back. Thanks Kim for sharing your home!! The Stanfords

Great location!

We had 3 condos with family members for a week in this gated community. Its in a great location. The condos are well furnished, decorated very nice, had all the amenities needed to be comfortable. A few cautionary items: The train is close,loud & runs frequently. The speed bumps are very high in the complex, hard on your vehicle. The pool is small, no where for outside seating for a group over 10pp. The yard was overgrown the entire week, the trash was overflowing, no where else to take it. The owners seemed nice to work with, and cared about the property.

Great last minute vacation stay

Great location & short walk to the beach! Overall, it was just what we expected. We were unaware of the train very close by, but it only went through a few times a day & wasn’t too disruptive. My boys loved having their own room with bunk beds! Our bed was very comfortable as well, which is very important after long days at the beach. The only thing that I would have liked to have that we didn’t is at least a dresser in each bedroom for clothes. In the master there was only the shelf in the closet, which is pretty high to set folded clothes on. The boys room also had a shelf, but my boys wouldn’t have been able to reach so we put their clothes on the top bunks.

Great experience. Highly recommend

We stayed as a family for thanksgiving week. It was a great rental. We rent on the coast regularly and there are lots of nice properties. What made this one stand out was the host/owner—Kim. Her communication throughout was superb. We had a little trouble with the stove the first morning. She responded in minutes and had it repaired in a few hours. Later in the week we asked to add a day. Again, her response was within minutes and we were able to work it out. It really makes a difference when the owner is genuinely committed to a great guest experience. We’ll stay with them again.

Mice Droppings

Mice droppings were all over the 1st floor, which was worrisome because I have a 20 mos old. It was addressed within 24-48h, but shouldn’t have been because the maid mentioned it was a known issue!!

Great location and price!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The rental was conveniently located just a short walk/drive to the beach. Lots of fun stuff to do within a 15 or so minute drive. Plenty of space in this three bedroom/ three bathroom rental. Each bedroom has smart tvs and comfortable memory foam beds. The back patio area was perfect for late night relaxing & early morning coffee sipping. We felt safe inside the gated neighborhood. The rental had a Washer & Dryer, swimming pool, pair of adult bicycles, beach chairs, coffee maker, oven, toaster oven, microwave, dish washer, fridge & freezer, pots & pans, good size bathtub/showers.. just to name a few things. The Check In/ Check Out process was a breeze. My reason for leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was an odor in the kitchen during our stay and some small cleanliness issues which after speaking with the owner I am confident she will take care of. We also noticed trains traveling nearby throughout the day/ night which wasn't an issue for us because we use fans & noise machines to sleep but some people are bothered by this so I figured I'd mention it here. Overall I would definitely recommend this rental! You really can't beat the price. Thank you, Kim!

Our townhouse are NOT back up to the active train as compared to many of the other townhouses in the gated complex. Townhouse completely remodeled from top to bottom with a private back patio.
