Great location, everything was walkable. Very well equipped for everything except grilling. Would be nice to have screens on the windows as there is no air conditioning. Overall a very nice property.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the great location and found the property well equipped. We completely understand your note about grilling, unfortunately, the HOA’s insurance policy requires all units in the complex to remove grills, so we’re unable to provide them. We also appreciate your suggestion about window screens and will take care of that for all future guests. We’re glad you had a nice stay overall and hope to welcome you back to Breckenridge!

Perfect location, beautiful well stocked home!

We were a group of 6 (2 kids, 4 adults) and this home was perfect for us. Excellent location. Quick 10 min walk to peak 9, or a convenient free bus stop 2 minutes from the house. We could also walk to Main Street. House was clean and kitchen well stocked with lots of dishes etc. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!
