Great location, everything was walkable. Very well equipped for everything except grilling. Would be nice to have screens on the windows as there is no air conditioning. Overall a very nice property.

The property was very clean and its proximity to downtown was excellent. It was also very well-equipped with everything needed for cooking meals.The only issue I encountered was with the front door lock. It was consistently difficult to both unlock when entering and lock when leaving. The lock mechanism seemed to turn continuously without catching, requiring multiple attempts to enter the code and turn the lock until it engaged properly.

MUST STAY for Breck!

The property was very clean, quiet area and neighborhood, and close to all the action without the noise. I highly recommend this location and this management company! So very friendly and helpful!

A great place

We had a great time and the place was perfect. A short walk across the street for a shuttle and you are on the mountain. The hot tub was amazing and the place was just amazing.

Wonderful place

We had a great week in Breckenridge and loved this condo. It’s within walking distance to Main Street and lots of hiking trails. The house was clean and we loved the hot tub. It was perfect for a week away from the Texas heat.

Great place!

Awesome place! Short walk to the Magie & lift, but if you prefer - there is a shuttle just outside the condo. Management is super responsive.

Perfect location, beautiful well stocked home!

We were a group of 6 (2 kids, 4 adults) and this home was perfect for us. Excellent location. Quick 10 min walk to peak 9, or a convenient free bus stop 2 minutes from the house. We could also walk to Main Street. House was clean and kitchen well stocked with lots of dishes etc. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

Was a little concerned with a recent bad review! We found no bases for the negative comments! Excellent location and the place was very clean, well appointed and a perfect base to take advantage of Breckenridge while skiing at A-Basin and Copper during the days!

Very nice 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo in Breck

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean & comfortable condo. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms / nicely renovated bathrooms. Brown line bus pick up across the street made getting to/from the lifts quick & easy.

Great condo!

We just spent 5 days in Breckenridge. This condo met all of our needs. Hannah went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable. There was construction going on while we were there but we were notified of this in advance. Hannah even offered to help us find another location. This is an awesome unit, you won't regret renting it! Boss family from NE

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

Wonderful location, room for the whole family! Enjoyed the hot tub every night. The 3 bathrooms are a plus! Our only complaint were the mattresses on the beds were subpar. The king size bed in the Master bedroom was on a box spring with a small foam topper. It was uncomfortable and made the experience a little disappointing. I would return if I knew they upgraded their mattresses, otherwise a great place!

Great Ski Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the beginning of February for a quick ski getaway. My 2 (nearly grown) kids said this was the nicest place we've ever rented for a ski vacay. It was located close enough to the slopes to walk, was clean, roomy, easy to get access and lovely. We looked all over for a private hot tub, due to covid so many places had to close access to their hot tubs. This home had a great private hot tub that we enjoyed every day after hitting the slopes! Just a great condo!

Great location, older hot tub

Overall great location and experience it’s close to Quicksilver and peak 9 base. Close to Breck Brewery and main street. Great having your own garage for gear and parking. Hot tub could use some repairs or an update it’s old. Jets panel is distorted and waterfall feature didn’t work. The temperature display read 95 when the water felt 104+ at 104 on the display it was dangerously hot. Rest of the house had typical wear you’d expect from its age being a rental mountain house but all around looked in great shape. Kitchens well stocked with everything you’d need to cook meals and entertain. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and would come back.
