This incredibly convenient mountain side ski in home sits in the heart of Breckenridge just two blocks from Main Street and on the bus route for easy access to the base of Peak 7, 8, or 9 and on bus route for easy access to all summit county ski areas. This warm and inviting space is tastefully decorated and impeccably maintained. The great room has vaulted ceilings with natural beams and large picture windows which create a light and bright environment with all of the warmth you would expect in a mountain property. It the perfect place to relax after an active day in Breckenridge.
The Space:
Sleeping: Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2): king size bed, attached full size bath - one floor up from main level; Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): queen size bed with bath right next to the room - this room is a half floor up from main level; Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2-3): queen/twin bunk with bath right next to the room - this bedroom sits one floor down from main level; Extra Sleeping (sleeps 4): Convertible, futon sleeper in the living room (sleeps 1-2) - on the main level; Convertible/futon sleeper style bed in lounge/extra TV room area - on lower level (sleeps 1-2). Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
